This review is actually for the customer service, or rather, the lack of. My husband and I have been using Snow for the last four years now. We’ve been using Gen 1 and just found out that the replacement heads for Gen 1 have been discontinued. Now we have to spend more money on toothbrushes which is frustrating because our current ones are working fine! When I first contacted Snow about this, they offered some options for being loyal customers - whitening kits. I told them we had already purchased a whitening kit a while back and asked for an upgrade for the Gen 2 instead or at least an additional discount. Since that email, they have not responded at all. Absolutely nothing. I have emailed several times now and still nothing. I went on their website and sent them a message, received a response within the days, asking about my “order” and when l explained my situation again, nothing. This is how they treat “loyal” customers? Extremely disappointed with the customer service and I’m upset about the fact that we now have to spend more money on electric toothbrushes. If we had known the replacement heads were going to be discontinued, we would NEVER have purchased Snow in the first place. How do we know the same thing isn’t going to happen with Gen 2 replacement heads down the road? We have recommended Snow to friends and family. We have been loyal customers since 2022 and supported their business by spending hundreds of dollars on their products, including toothbrushes, replacement heads, floss, toothpaste, whitening kit and various whitening pens, etc. They clearly do not value their “loyal” customers at all. They don’t even respond and the reponses in the beginning are all AI. What a big disappointment Snow has been.

Stay away!! The estimated shipping times on the website are a lie. Never got my order, it never moved past the processing phase and support is non-existent. The support phone number goes to an automated message saying to use the website for support, but the website support and support email do nothing but send back generated AI responses. I attempted to cancel my order but no luck so far. I thought this company was legit, and maybe it once was, but clearly not anymore and I regret not checking other reviews before ordering. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund if my order isn’t cancelled soon.

It's not an instant process, but it's a process for sure, shades absolutely change if you are consistent with it. It's literally as easy as adding toothpaste to your brush powder. Brush your teeth done, twice a day. Three times if you're like that. In a month you'll see the results, absolutely love this and I'll keep using it.

Awful, don’t expect to receive your product or speak with anyone about receiving it. This website is a scam. I’m going to report the fraudulent activity. They have AI running most of their systems..it will probably reply to my post to cover the companies tracks. Shit is ridiculous. The company can’t be trusted, the advertising is very misleading and LOUD..I can’t imagine how many have fell victim.

First off, trying to get a human to talk to is impossible. My husband ordered me one and the shipping took so long he thought it was a fake site. He couldn’t find a phone number to call. The product finally came over a month later. I received the wireless version and the charge absolutely sucks. It holds a charge for maybe 2 sessions if you do them back to back. I have attempted 5 different times, put on the whitening gel and all, put the mouthpiece in and it stays lit for about 2 min the goes dead. The pamphlet says it should hold a charge for 3 sessions. My device has yet to do that. When it dies it ends up wasting my whitening gel. They need to create a case that holds the charge and keeps the device fully charged. I’d like to see if the system actually whitens but I can’t keep it charged to actually do so.

I would never order anything from Snow teeth whitening again. They sent me some of their product with my subscription plan I immediately have tried five times to receive a return label to send the product back they refused to send me a return label they have no telephone that you can call and talk to someone good luck if you order anything from them and you want to return it

So I placed an order about 6 weeks ago with my place of work address as to where to ship, about 2 weeks later the delivery company UNIUNI, sent me text messages that they had attempted delivery 3 times and now listing it as undeliverable, ridicules!! we have packages delivered to my warehouse daily with no issues, FedEx, UPS ect. I tried directly replies to UNI with specific instructions where to deliver with no response. Now they say they will return the package to vendor. I have sent several Emails to Snow with no reply as of yet. I have bought many products from Snow in the past with no issues. This order was for over 200.00 dollars. I either want my order or a complete refund. This is no way to treat your customers, total lack of communication. Why don't they just use regular carriers for delivery then this wouldn't be an issue. If you can't resolve this issue, I will no longer do any more ordering from your company. Totally unacceptable!!
