I would give zero stars if possible. I booked flights last week using travel up, spending £1350. I had the confirmation through from both travel up and the airline and all seemed fine. Suddenly, yesterday, I was no longer able to access my booking. After speaking with the airline, they confirmed the booking has been removed from their system by the third party provider (travelup). I spent over 4 hrs on the phone yesterday, with travel up trying to fob me off with the booking is still live on their end (despite not even being able to access my booking using the travel up website either with their booking reference). They could not provide me with the 13 digit ticket number which 100% confirms the booking is not active with the airline and said they would get back to me by midnight which they have not done. I’m now £1350 out of pocket with no flight, no offer of a refund, flights have increased in price by over £350, no response from travel up and my other holiday plans are already secured and non refundable. Even if you are able to secure a saving through travel up, DO NOT BOOK. I must add that this is a flight to Miami in December so has nothing to do with the current Middle East conflict.

When trying to contact/query regarding the cancellation of my emirates flights was rubbish, I understand they have many calls due to the cancellation of flights from dubai during this time but I was unable to contact them via phone or email as I was unable to use the cancellation form. Their phone number was kept off and no one replied to my email query.

Booked a room realized booked wrong one you took three days to get back then said one I wanted wasn’t available but went through you checking and said it was still available , very poor service so bk to booking .com never had problems with them

Booked a hotel stay in Sri Lanka with Travel up paid the full balance on booking 6 weeks before the arrival date, then 2 weeks before the war in the Middle East started so our flights got cancelled so no way of getting to Sri Lanka, so we informed Travel up and had to cancel, and now nearly 5 weeks later we are still awaiting a response of them ! In the meantime we spoke to the hotel chain involved (head office) and they confirmed they would be taking no payments off any hotel booking cancelled through the war in the Middle East. So why are Travel up not even replying to our constant emails? Do not use this company !!!
