Very impressed by customer service.
I had a problem with one of my dogs trackers which was resolved really quickly. Very impressed by customer service who resolved my problem exceptionally quickly. I felt a very valued customer.

Great Tracking Device!
I had used Whistle as a tracking device before and it was good, but Tractive is truly great at giving me a very responsive and quick GPS pinpoint of where my dog is in some dense wooded areas - it's GPS shows exactly where I am and shows a trail of where by dog is running or resting. Highly recommend the product!

Good Experience with Customer Service
I had questions after receiving replies to previous questions. All were answered promptly and fully. All my concerns were handled with respect. That said, I feel confident that I will get the help I need should there be problems with anything after I receive the tracker and start using it in my dog.

Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not buy. Mine was fine and then after six months it stopped working and they will not help me fix it. Customer service is horrible.

I have used Tractive for a while now…
I have used Tractive for a while now with my cat Hades, so when we got a new cat, without hesitation we purchased her a tracker too. Tractive has an excellent customer service and the tracker itself is second to none. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting their pets safe and easily found

The accessories need improving
The tech is really good - fairly accurate tracking and most of all peace of mind. The battery lasts 3 days max and that’s with checking in 2-3 times a day and rarely live tracking (once a week if that). But where it lets Tractive down is the accessories. I’ve lost 2 collars (catches broken), 2 plastic brackets snapped, and one rubber holder ripped. I’m down to my last rubber holder and only a year in! The rubber ones tear on the corners. The plastic brackets snapped under the collar. Cats climb, roll, scratch… you need designs that can cope with that. Please make some improvements so I can confidently know the tracker is coming home with my cat!

Great little safety precaution and exercise encourager!
I was a bit clueless to start with and i didn't realise that you leave the tracker turned on all the time and can set your home as a place to save battery as you obviously don't need to see their live location in your own home.Getting the tracker started off as a safety net, in case our houdini of a spaniel goes missing - normally chasing off after the scent of deer. I like how i can instantly see his whereabouts so i know that i'm heading in the right direction at least when trying to retrieve him.Now - in addition to that comfort, i also love seeing how much exercise he gets in a day and checking the leaderboard too - feels quite competitive locally!Encourages both pooches and owners to get their steps in! It's a great little device
