Coffee table
I ordered a coffee table that was currently backordered. Since then, the product has gone on sale, and I wanted to know if the price could be adjusted. Fortunately, it was! The representative I spoke with, Niko, was incredibly helpful and made the process a pleasure. I eagerly await the shipment of my item.

I had a great experience with TOV Furniture’s customer service, thanks to Mark. After purchasing a dining stool, I noticed it went on sale shortly after and reached out to see if a price adjustment was possible. Mark responded quickly, followed up within 24 hours, and kept me informed every step of the way.He was professional, responsive, and truly committed to resolving my issue and he did so in a timely and seamless manner. Great experience over all
While it took a bit to get our order, Stephanie with customer services made us feel comfortable with waiting, she updated us every step of the way. Now the product, we ordered Liliana Mauve Performance Velvet Counter Stools, I knew that I would like them but didn’t know I would LOVE them, we went ahead and ordered two more straight away. The quality, the color, the feel of them is just perfect!
