The product is a perfect gift

Beware - Tortuga Rum Cakes May Not Deliver What You Paid For
I made an online order last December for 2 Provenance 6-Packs. I only received 1. I have called multiple times and have not been able to get a refund or get the product I paid for. Beware, customer service will not be able to help. They don't return your calls. Even though the cakes are very good, I will not buy from their online store again.

Definitely not REAL rum cake!!!
This cake is so bad, no rum taste a weird chemical aftertaste. All the fruit is on the outside not even mixed in right. It’s nothing like it use to be and a embarrassment to any Caribbean island selling it! People buying this must have never made a cake in their lives if they actually like it! Thank God I’m Bajan and can make the real thing or I’d be crying now, I’ve had Irish butter rum cake that tasted 100 times better than this.

Great Cakes and Great Customer Service!
These Delicious Cakes! I have ordered Tortuga Rum Cakes for years as gifts and for myself. I recently placed a gift order and more cakes were delivered than what was ordered and paid for. I contacted customer service and within a couple of hours, I received an email from Adeanys, Customer Service Advisor. She apologized for the incorrect order and informed me that the 10 additional cakes did not need be returned. Wow! Great Customer Service and Great Cakes!
