The decision is against their own return and refund policy
I had a very disappointing experience as a seller on TikTok Shop.Order ID: 576864524049291462I sold a suit in brand new condition and clearly showed it in my live video before dispatch. The buyer initially requested a return due to size issues, not damage. However, the case was later changed to claim the item was damaged, without any valid proof from the buyer.The item was returned in a used condition, with clear signs such as tag handling, fabric damage, fading, and a strong chemical smell indicating washing or dry cleaning. I rejected the return on the same day and provided full evidence, including images and video proof.Despite this, TikTok approved the refund without proper investigation, even though the buyer did not provide any supporting evidence and admitted opening the packaging. This is against the policy that items must be returned in original condition and packaging.This resulted in a financial loss of £130.99 for me as a seller. It is very concerning that sellers are not protected under such circumstances, and decisions are made inconsistently.I hope TikTok reviews its policies and provides fair protection to sellers to prevent misuse of the system.

5 years of loyalty ignored: $778 earnings frozen for a year
I have been a dedicated TikTok creator since 2021. For over a year now, my earnings of $778 have been frozen due to a 'stuck' identity verification. I have submitted all my legal documents multiple times, but I keep getting automated rejections without any explanation. Support only sends bot replies telling me to go back to the app, where the cycle repeats. I am a real person, a long-term creator, and I am simply asking for a manual review of my documents to access my hard-earned funds. Please help me resolve this after a year of waiting. TikTok has censored and banned all of my pages for no reason none of the reasons given actually aligned with the community guidelines , they would flag posts that are available on other pages then when I appeal they would say they restored it but never restore my posts they keep banning my pages but I’ve done nothing wrong according their own community guidelines, the whole system is operated and run by AI SO ITS FUTILE WASTING YOUR TIME ON THE APP

Don't waste you time getting followers
started a tiktok posted over 200 videos, posted a picture a few times got removed by auto edit, i appeal always get restored, i post one particular picture 30 times, removed by auto again, appeal always restored until last time they permanently banned my account 5,500 followers, 200+ videos, 6 months work, they don't even want to talk about it, auto edit runs the show, live people don't even see, don't waste your time on trying to build up followers, they can just delete your account on an error and they don't care, an innocent picture or statement can get flagged by mistake and they permanently ban your account, and it will happen, for sure

TRASH THE APP AND ITS OWNERS
This app is completely disgusting and egregious. Even with never having any violations or suspensions, they to continue to block my comments, messages, and posts (even with music from their library) while also saying that the things I report that are clearly in violation are not. This app and its owners are content in protecting abusers, pedophiles, racism, sexual influencers, and rapists while tearing down others. Even going so far as allowing parents to post their children's private moments for attention. I hate this app and would not be opposed to it being sold to someone else or completely obliterated for the sake of saving SOME of humanity. We were never supposed to have access to this much stupidity let alone give them this much control. Please believe every dog has its day and karma never misses. Like Katt said, all will be revealed. I wish you what you deserve.

Out of order experience from TikTok
Just received my first warning from TikTok over a comment I made about what should happen to monsters who hurt children, I said they should get the electric chair so the last thing they feel is a lot of pain before dying. They told me this was under the bullying and harassment category. You have got to be kidding me. I was only stating fact and I think a high percentage of people would agree with me. Is TikTok on the side of these monsters? Also, in May last year, it was the anniversary of when sitcom 3rd Rock From The Sun came to an end and when I made a post about it, putting each of the characters names down as a hashtag, including the nickname for Richard, second name -Solomon, I received a violation saying it might be a link to inappropriate content (it’s the name of one of the characters in the show), yet someone random member sent me a message telling me to f- off and not to contact them again, considering there was no contact from me in the first place. I reported the message and TikTok actually found no violation in it, which is a joke.It’s like they’re supporting offensive content and you’ve got to watch what you say even though it’s nowhere near close to half the shocking things people put on the platform. Yet, I’m the one with a first warning added to my account. You need to rethink some priorities TikTok! This is out of order!
