The ease of purchasing the ticket
The ease of purchasing the ticket, the transparency with up-front pricing with all fees included & visual aid to see exactly where you're seated as well as the view of the court. Other than not being a fan of the delayed receipt of the actual ticket 24-48 prior to the event, I'm a BIG TickPick fan!

Avoid TIckPick at all costs
Avoid TIckPick at all costs! I recently ordered a ticket for a performance of the acclaimed Broadway play “Giant” that was specifically listed by TickPick as being in the Center Orchestra Row F at The Music Box Theater. Instead, I received a ticket in row AA, which is one of the worst places to sit because it is located below the stage, forcing you to crane your neck to see the actors. (I knew this because I am very familiar with the Music Box Theater seating.) I immediately asked for a refund upon receiving this incorrect ticket, but was given the runaround by the TickPick customer support team. First, they tried to tell me that it was an “upgrade” so that I should just accept the ticket as is. I pointed out that this was patently false. When I insisted on a refund, they said they would give me a ticket in Row G, but that also turned out to be yet another false promise. Finally, after numerous calls to TickPick customer support, I was able to secure a refund, and I subsequently bought a ticket directly from Telecharge, as I should’ve done in the first place. Bottom line: TickPick is a classic bait-and-switch operation! Do not, I repeat do not use this site unless you are comfortable receiving tickets that don’t correspond to what you ordered!
