I bought tickets last Friday and…
I bought tickets last Friday and requested a refund or exchange for reserved handicap seats. I was unable to get my request. My husband is 75 and I am 73 years old. I didn’t realize the tickets were not ada.

Do not download early. You will nto be able to get your tickets again.
Tickets were easy but it was hard after downloading.

Easy process and good customer service
It was pretty easy to buy the concert tickets, however I didn't like that I couldn't choose the seats I wanted, only the section/row. Also, it took a few weeks to get my tickets electronically.

Overpaid for tickets?
Bought 5 tickets online for one price, but the value listed on the tickets was nearly half that price (strange). The tickets that I printed out said I purchased tickets “1-5 of 10 tickets” (very strange), and purchased by “Layla Williams” (super strange). I went to the “box office” at the venue (local church) and they had not idea what happened or how to fix it.

So far, so good. The only confusing thing is that I got two emails regarding access to the tickets I purchased, one from TicketNetwork and one from MLB. I guess either or both would work. I did access the tickets.

It was very easy to purchase the tickets and a great price but, it's impossible to transfer tickets. I now have 4 tickets to a concert that I'm not going to. I had to give my daughter my log in information so she can access the tickets.

I had an issue with my tickets
I had an issue with my tickets, they scammed me anda I couldn’t enter the game I paid for and in the ticket office in the arena, they said that this is very common in your platform, and when I asked for a refound, they said it didn’t proceed
