very disappointing

My experience with this shop was unfortunately very disappointing. If you offer a sizing quiz on your website, it should actually be reliable—but in my case, it didn’t work at all. The shoes I ordered in my usual size, which normally always fits, were far too small.What made things even more frustrating was the customer service. I had to go back and forth with the support team for several days, only to be offered a $25 gift card for a future purchase—which isn’t very helpful when trust is already lost.The return process is also a major issue. Returning the item from Germany is almost as expensive as the shoes themselves, and these costs are not covered—even though the incorrect sizing recommendation came from their own website.Overall, it feels like more emphasis is placed on marketing tools like the sizing quiz than on the actual customer experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

Good customer service

After posting the previous review I would like to say that the customer service has proven to be quite the opposite.They eventually refunded me fully and reimbursed my postage and because of the amount of time every thing took they gave me a gift card.So on that basis if you don’t mind being patient all will be resolved.Well done!

I bought some shoes on feb 6 and still…

I bought some shoes on feb 6 and still waiting they told me it was lost send it again on march 6 and today march 16 has got it , my order is 4774653 , no phone , same emails answers !!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. I ordered the wrong size, and got an immediate response with clear instructions on what to do. Lee kept me informed on the progress of my return from the uk and made sure to send out the right size immediately. I just got them and couldn't be happier!

I am so sad that the company have…

I am so sad that the company have promising shoe quality but what lets them down is the service. In fact, I want my boots in time for my special wedding ceremony at the end of march 2026 and I have received no correspondence after more than 5 emails. I have provided my order number Order #4708253and I required a size change to be a UK size 5.5 as I had been sent a US equivalent. How wonderful it would have been to have these in time for my special day!

Probably good if you are in the US

Probably good if you are in the US, but returns process from the UK is really challenging so hard to recommend in the current climate, given how wide-spread sizing issues are. Tried returning the item twice due to them running small, spent half the cost of the shoes on returns only to get them back from US customs both times.

Terrible experience.... Customer service As a courtesy, we’re happy to extend the two options provided, since we’re normally unable to make exceptions for worn items as we can no longer place them back to inventory due to it's condition.
