Always a good experience
Great books, great prices, always a good experience! Book was definitely used - obviously! But decent quality. Shipping did take a bit longer than I'd hoped, but totally reasonable.

Rain proof packaging!!!!
In my recent order I had a few hard cover books. Due to the size of the books, the packages would not fit in my mailbox. It rained and they sat on the porch for a number of hours. Due to the great packaging none of the books had any water damage. No water in the bags at all. You guys are fabulous, thank you for your great products and perfect packaging.

Received a uncorrected proof instead of actual book
I was so exited to finally receive these books that I’ve had to search everywhere for! But was sent a do not sell to the public edition, that was given to people to proof read. I was expecting the actual book, I even paid more because I thought it was the original hardcover book. And it had to come from all the way in America to Australia: not very happy.

I did not think my doorbell was rung…
I did not think my doorbell was rung when the package was delivered and I didn’t see it until the next morning. I was home at the time. Thank goodness it was in my home mailbox and not on the step. It could have been stolen.
