Horrible scammy company. Bought a very expensive infrared heating pad from them, which immediately started acting like it had a short, turning off and on. I emailed them asking for help. I had also paid extra for their extended warranty so i thought no way would this be an issue. They emailed back asking for order number and photo of receipt, even though i hd already included it in the first email. Sent it again, and they never responded. Sent it again. Waited a couple weeks and finally called! They said since it was now more than 30 days that i should go away and contact the manufacturer of the pad! I said but i bought the extended warranty even, they said they didnt care. They gave me a supposed phone number to call The manufacturer (UTK) amd the phone number rang to nowhere….what a scam company!

I ordered a bag from thewarmingstore.com on 02/10/2026 and paid $76 via PayPal (the seller is listed as JustBrand Limited in the PayPal app). The seller emailed me on 02/19 that the bag was out of stock. I requested a refund on the same day, but then I received no response or refund from PayPal. I emailed the seller again on 02/25 and received no response. I went online to PayPal on 02/27, reported the problem, and submitted a dispute. I received a full refund from PayPal 5 minutes after my submission. My lesson is to use PayPal when buying from an unknown seller.

Terrible customer service. Sold a faulty set of gloves. Long story short. The return process is a nightmare. They charge you shipping to return a faulty product. Do not recommend this scammer store

I ordered a pair of heated socks 1/24/26. It advertised 3-5 day delivery. I had not received notification that they shipped, so I emailed the company 1/31/26. They sent an email the next day saying that my order was still "warming up," without any additional information on when it would ship. I followed up the next day asking for more information with no response. I then emailed again 2/5/26 and 2/7/26 asking for a refund since my product had not shipped. I received no response. On 2/11/26 I received notice that my item had shipped despite asking for a refund. I emailed them again voicing my frustration with no response. They arrived 2/14/26. I shipped them back 2/23/26. We'll see if they refund me. It seems very unlikely with their total lack of communication.

I ordered a pair of Hestra ski gloves which was priced less than other retailers by about 20%. After three days, I sent an email requesting shipping information. There was no reply from The Warming Store. Two days after that, I called and was connected to a customer service person who, at first, told me the gloves may ship in three more days (which would be a week after I ordered them). I asked why there was a delay, did not get a straight answer until I pressed the person, and was told the gloves were back ordered and they could not promise they would be sent even in three days. The gloves were advertised as in stock and available. I canceled the order but have not received a refund as of the date of writing this review.

I have been planning an outdoor trip for this very cold weekend and needed a new charger for my heated gloves. I ordered the charger from The Warming Store well in advance and was promised prompt delivery. Today I got an email from them saying they are out of stock and will not be able to deliver until after I am gone. I called and spoke to a "customer service" person who was no help at all and said they were out of stock. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order, and I said no, I wanted what I ordered and paid for!!! Why didn't they tell me they were out of stock in enough time for me to order from another company?

Ordered snow cleats with $79 one-day shipping (via FedEx) and received the package in 3 days. The product is bigger than size chart indicates so I needed to return it. Sent 2 emails to the company "support email" with no responses. Called "888" phone # and spoke to someone, probably not in USA. Would not credit the shipping charge for failed 1-day delivery--said they don't count Sat and Sun (which is not on the website). Said there was no one to speak to at "the store". After much discussion, send return email and I have to pay return postage. Not in the customer business!!

Run from this company. They are happy to sell you something but as soon as you need to return they are painful to deal with. I emailed there support email 4 times over 7 days with zero follow up. The customer service here is non existent.

When you call they will not let you speak to a manager or anyone above them. Always the same lady answering the phone and putting on hold to never speak to the boss. Incompetence at its best!! DO NOT BUY THERE CHEAP GARBAGE! Heated insoles are worthless. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS DOWN THE TOILET.

This company is an absolute joke! I got heated slippers for Christmas and one of the slippers does not fully heat so I reached out via chat and was emailed and two separate times that I would get a return shipping label and never did. When I tried calling the recording said I was next in line and then a new recording message said they would return my call and I was hung up on. Mind you they never asked for my return phone number, and they never did call me back. I've reached out so many times I don't know what to do anymore. The issue I'm having is covered under warranty. I did enter a complaint on the better Business bureau site as well.I have updated my review to two stars because after this was reported to the better Business bureau and my review was published through trust pilot, the owner reached out to me and offered me a full refund, which I did receive today. I should not have had to go through all of this in order to get it though. I would still urge people to be careful working with this company.
