They were easy to get in contact with. They answered all my questions that I had throughout the months prior to my vacation. They gave me step-by-step directions at different points of my vacation. The person that I spoke to was pleasant and very helpful each time I called I wish I could remember her name. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to anyone who wanted to go to a trip down to Florida.

Best deal for Universal tickets
Best deal for Universal tickets. I was a bit nervous that we didn't get our tickets immediately after purchasing, and instead, the order is processed the next day, after your credit card is checked. You then get an email confirming the purchase and instructions on how you can add the digital tix to your Universal App three days before the trip or pick them up at the park. My trip is in April, but I don't see there being any issues with the process of adding the tix to the app. For transparency sake, I've been offered a 10$ Visa Gift Card to write a review, however, I was not asked to provide five stars, so that rating is just because I believe they deserve it. Their discounted tickets saved us $55 per ticket ($165 total), that's more than 15$ over other discount websites. I was very impressed!

THE ABSOLUTE WAY TO GO
Quick response time, eager to answer all of my questions and lots of helpful tips. I have used The Park Prodigy multiple times and they never disappoint. I will continue to use them for all of my Universal park and hotel tickets every year. Can't sing their praises enough!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent planners
They are so helpful, courteous and responsive with planning a Universal trip. It was our first time there & decided to use Park Prodigy after seeing their videos. They are very open to different options you have. Someone will always respond to your questions whether by phone or email. They even provide a sample itinerary as a guide. Will definitely book with them for our next theme park trip.
