We parked at the South Lot
We parked at the South Lot. The driver picks you up at your car, fills out a card with the Lot name and your parking space. This aids them and you when you come back. The driver was very courteous and helps with your luggage.When we came back, we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle. We were taken to our car and the driver helped unload the luggage. It is a painless experience. This is our third time parking with them and we will use them again.

Very convenient
Very convenient, dependable, and easy. I used The Parking Spot for the first time after I was unable to obtain a reservation at the Orlando airport.It was very easy and convenient. They have a very good system and their app worked flawlessly.I had a very late/early arrival back home, and I was a little worried if I’d be stuck waiting a long time for a shuttle, due to the late time, but literally as I exited the terminal, a shuttle was parked right outside the exit and couldn’t have been timed any better.One minor hiccup, when I paid to check out, the receipt showed a much higher total than quoted, and three extra days. It turned out to just be a misprint of the receipt that they quickly and pleasantly corrected.Both drivers were very pleasant, professional, and safe.For my first time using, I’m super impressed and will definitely use again.

Great location for ATL
Easy to reserve a spot and in-line price wise with other services in the area. Both drivers we used were very helpful with our luggage. Will use again.

They honored their original quote.
They honored their original quote which was cheaper than what I had to pay to get out of the parking garage. They contacted me to make this right and they did. Very few companies care about their customers anymore but the Parking Spot did.

Best place to park at LAX
1. The app showing where the shuttle is...ROCKS!! 2. Email 24 hours prior saying "see you tomorrow" as a reminder to cancel if your trip has cancelled. 3. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!! 4. The drivers and staff have outstanding customer service! 5. TIP YOUR VAN DRIVER!!!
