I love the clothes, BUT make shipping faster
the clothes are very nice, good quality. Ordering is easy peasy.however, the shipping time is ridiculous! it took over 3 wks JUST to confirm my order.

I am trying to return some items and I’m finding it to be very difficult and frustrating. It tells me to click on something and then nothing happens. I’ve reached out in an email waiting for a reply. I’ve heard that this website is notorious for making returns difficult. I don’t like that. I probably won’t shop online at your store again.

It seems like it takes forever with the…clothes to come
It seems like it takes forever with the SHIPPING other than that I love the clothing, but the shipping really just puts a terrible taste in my mouth having it shipped sooner is not an option so I just think it sucks. I love this brand but taking a month to get to me unacceptable

I order a petite 10
I order a petite 10. I'm 5'3". Now I have to take it to a tarylors to have 5 " cut off. Another $ 20.

excellent customer service!
My original order was accidently shipped to my old address. once i notified Halara, they realized the mistake on their end and immediately sent a new order out. I love my top and dress and was excited to have it for my vacation. it made it on time! Thanks for the excellent customer service and quality clothes!
