Perfect for foot problems
I bought 2 pairs of FitVille shoes for my husband, who has ongoing foot issues, and we couldn’t be happier with them. Finding comfortable footwear has always been a challenge, but these shoes have made a real difference.They are incredibly comfortable right from the first wear, with plenty of room that doesn’t feel restrictive at all. The extra width is perfect for his needs, and he’s been able to walk much more comfortably without any discomfort. On top of that, the shoes feel very sturdy and well-made, giving us confidence that they’ll last.I also ordered a pair for myself, but they were too wide for my feet, so I had to return them. However, the return process was straightforward and hassle-free.I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. I had a query and reached out via email, and the response was prompt, helpful, and friendly. It’s always reassuring to know a company stands behind its products.Overall, a fantastic purchase we’ll definitely be buying from FitVille again!

hi all this is the first time ive ever…
hi all this is the first time ive ever brought fitville trainers i opted for this brand due to braking my ankle and just needed that helping hand with the pain i was getting in my heel and the bottom of my foot i went for the neo 2's in jet black and i can honestly say these are so comfortable and although I still have some pain cos im not quite fully recovered yet but has dramatically reduced due to these trainers and im not sure if they will become a long term buy cos im not usually a wide fit kinda person they definitely help me right now so I would recommend them to anyone who either has had a injury or is looking for something with continuous foot problems cos they really do help ive already told everyone I knlw who had problems with there feet to go and buy some ill make the decision if ill buy anymore when im fully recovered as ill know then if these are still right for me but I think they possibly will be a new go to company for these trainers when im 100% better.the only downfall for me but it wasnt a big deal was waiting for them to come as I waited nearly 2 weeks but they did come from China to uk I wish they had a UK place but apart frkm that there good trainers

Great shoes..
Great shoes... I miss typed the address and customer service fixed right away. Will do business again. On a side note the delivery service dropped off my package on a Sunday. Shoes are exactly as described. Comfortable and easy on and off.

Just good shoes
I found fitVille about 3 years ago, I was suffering with plantar fasciitis and struggling to find wide fit shoes I could get comfortable in. I took a chance and bought a pair for work, 3 years later I’ve had at least 8 pairs. I have work shoes, walking shoes, golf shoes and gym trainers. I’ve not had a problem with a single pair I’ve had, the delivery isn’t fast but for the price you can’t fault the service and choice

Refund struggle
I ordered a pair of trainers and they took forever to come through the post. The arch support isn't the best in my opinion, and I have returned. I have not recieved the refund yet and it has been over a month. On top of that they took money from my account after without me purchasing anything! Absolutely will not be buying from Fitville again.

Very impressed with fitville
Very impressed with fitville, I had an issue with my order (my fault) I contacted the customer service who resolved my issue promptly. The shoes I ordered are like slippers Straight out of the box.Would highly recommend their shoes and the company. I will be using them again.

Fitville great, comfy, wide fitting shoes
Purchased a pair of these shoes last year, they have been great, fit well, very comfy, still look good. Ordered another pair but unfortunately the delivery address was not complete somehow so the Post Office returned them to sender... Fitville have arranged a new pair to be sent. Assuming these arrive ok that will be good customer service by them thanks Fitville
