In a world of "expected delivery" dates…

Product selection is great, prices OK, shipping sucks
Product selection is great, prices are OK, but shipping is terrible. Always takes over a week for items to arrive. Things never arrive when they are supposed to according to the shipping number. Prices are normally just OK, but sometimes sales are great.

Shipping to Texas
Prices have jumped significantly. Shipping is fast... But not though out. Regretfully, I might have to consider stopping being a customer. Living in Texas, all my protein bars always arrive in a melted puddle. Even though it's early spring. Maybe you should consider shipping in insulated pouches to alleviate this somewhat.

Customer service at The Feed is…
Customer service at The Feed is excellent. Whenever I make an order, two things happen. First, The Feed makes just the right amount of low pressure offer for makes down similar items. Sometimes I’ve taken advantage of those offers, but I have never felt “oversold.” Second, the freely shipped goodies are on my doorstep quicker than I expected.

Variety in Gels
Couldn't be simpler. I'm always trying new gel varieties, and new flavors. I prefer different types for cycling and running. I love the options and ability to order 1 or 2 at a time of new flavors and brands. Everything showed up as ordered. The reusable zip lock bag they come in is a bonus to carry gels with me to events.
