If you love yourself and your money, don’t buy their products, they’re a big scam, first their products are shit, when I got one, it was already opened and I tried to return it with the rest, their return process is terrible, they’ll make sure they delay so you won’t be able to return it, so if you like your money, desist from these scammers.

Ana was the biggest help in getting me a replacement camera as mine was damaged in transit. She was prompt and followed though from the initial email to following up after the replacement showed delivered. Pleasant and friendly, having her aid was a great experience ! 5 gold stars !

I also had a shipping problem but it was ALL my fault. I changed the billing address to my new address, but not the shipping address. I contacted customer service, but it was over the weekend and they didn’t see it before it shipped out (so: fast). I ended up working with the post office to get it rerouted and I had it in about a week; I was elated! The products are exactly what I expected. The BEST part is that even after it was delivered to my new house, I got a follow up email from customer service because it showed for them delivered to the original address, and she asked if there was anything they could do to help! I was SHOCKED. Who gets a follow up email from a concerned company anymore these days?? Especially right after Thanksgiving?Well handled, Adventure Challenge! I’m thinking my adult kids are getting adventure for Christmas this year! 🎄

DO not buy from this seller if you want your shipment to be on time, I paid extra for rushed delivery and did not get to me on time, unfortunately I’m not at that address anymore so it’s been a problem for me.Their customer service is terrible, I would never be buying from them again

I received the wrong item with my order and initially had some trouble getting a response from the customer service team—it took quite a while to hear back, and I eventually had to go directly through their website to request assistance.However, once I was connected with Dee from customer service, the experience completely turned around. Dee was absolutely fantastic—patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They arranged for a replacement to be sent promptly and even followed up after delivery to ensure everything was sorted and I was satisfied.Dee’s support was a solid 5/5, but I’ve chosen to give a 4-star rating overall due to the initial delay and difficulty in getting help. That said, once the ball was rolling, the service was excellent.
