Scam as always ! Useless site ripping people off. Ill never use this rip off sote again You lost a good customer and i was going to spend a lot more with this app ….. but one again been ripped off. Used debit card v rarely in use to pay…
Used debit card v rarely in use to pay on TEMU. Next day had someone trying to make multiple payments using my card details but without 3 digit security code thankfully all rejected by bank. However only TEMU employees can see bank details. Deleted my account immediately

Review: Temu canceled two of my orders without my permission and locked my account for no reason. I have spoken to Alexander, Mason, and Daxton, but NO ONE IS FIXING THIS. The refund is processed, yet my account is still restricted. It is Passover TODAY and I need my items! Stop with automated replies and MANUALLY UNLOCK my account now. Ticket ID: 1774471847097819.

Temu's great
Products are decently priced and good quality. If you need customer support they are polite, and helpful, everyone I have delt with in support has been wonderful.I have been ordering from Temu for about 4 years now and have had to return a couple of things but not many maybe 3 items out of 100's. There are some misleading adds but for the most part right on description.

Temu Anomoly!
I have been ordering from Temu for 3 years and I have spent hundreds of dollars! Recently I was told that there is a "anomaly" with my account and I cant order with my debit card or credit cards! They cant define anomaly more or less and I asked that my Gmail account to be closed, which it hasn't; the Temu app keeps popping up on my cell phone! So, I created another account with my outlook email and it allowed me to make an 1 order and then the next week it didn't!When I spoke to an Agent and asked them to explain it to me I get back "To protect your privacy all I can tell you is there is an anomaly with your account!" I replied, "You're not speaking to a 3rd party, this is me, so you can tell me!" Oh my goodness! I'm now waiting for an email in the next 24 to 48 hours to my Outlook email.
