Lost all trust in this company. Never ordering again.

I ordered from this shop for a couple of years at least & left reviews saying they’d earned my trust. I no longer support those reviews. This company is poorly managed & their quality of both prints & customer service is abysmal. Save your money & shop elsewhere.The details: I received a shirt back in Nov & the print began crumbling off by March. This never happened with their shirts - I have one that I’ve worn & washed to death that I got in July 2024 & the print is still perfect. I sent their customer service photos (of the shirt in question along with this older shirt as an example of their typical quality I’ve come to expect) + a message explaining the situation & knowing it was beyond their policy date, but seeing as this reflected a quality issue, I was hoping to report it to make sure the problem was taken care of & asked that given the unusual circumstances, they’d consider this an exception & that my request for a replacement shirt at least be considered. (This was over a couple of messages, the 1st of their responses simply repeated their policy & included a link to their care instructions - implying it was my responsibility, what happened. However, I have multiple shirts of theirs over years - with photos & receipts available on demand, which I offered - that have NEVER had this happen + I do all that the care instructions suggest & better to protect the prints)I next received an update that they’d sent a replacement out - along with a message saying that they’d no longer assist me on any problems I have with this order or future orders & that my purchasing from them will be done “at your own risk.” Well that’s an escalation. My last message simply asked that they consider my request - hardly cause to revoke all rights I have to their policy for remedying any issues with an order (I did double check that they meant even if it fell in the window of their usual policy - after FIVE days, I got confirmation; yes, they mean that). Basically, they expect I would still be interested in ordering from this company after being dealt this sudden hard line response, as well as being unable to have any faith that the quality of prints has improved - it hasn’t. The replacement shirt arrived with the print already flaking off. The quality has worsened. And they want to take ZERO accountability for any issue I have with them? Frankly, I consider that parasitic - TeePublic is fine with doing business with someone, taking their money, so long as they don’t have to answer to any problems that originate within their company. Honey, you’re not that important. There are other sites to get shirts from with far better customer service, far more reliable printing & far less ego. To anyone reading, considering this site for purchasing, just move along.

Keep screens wiped off to prevent the blurry print. These items are expensive, and you have to make sure everything you do looks nice & clear. Delivery time was great, & orders were complete.

Had a major problem with the delivery…

Had a major problem with the delivery service explained to tee public and they resent the order free of charge without any argument to me that's great customer service .just waiting for the replacement to come . great service and company will shop with them in future
