Teabox whole leaf teas
I’ve just purchased the whole leaf tea trial box which came with an infuser mug, measuring spoon and 10 sachets of different flavoured teas. I’ve tried 5 of the teas to date and they’re delicious! I’ll be highly recommending this company, as delivery was quick and efficient and the trial box was extremely good value too. Thanks Teabox ❤️

Fresh and transformative
I have made several purchases from Teabox. Each time the tea has been an experience that is hard to describe. All the teas have been so fresh. Teas are delivered in less than a week. These teas are transformative. They are expensive but worth every penny for the enjoyment.

Awesome Experience!
The teas quality is wonderful. I bought the Indian Whole Leaf trial pack and the Ayurvedic Chai trial pack and both of them are amazing.I really recommend this Company to start a big journey in the World of teas...without moving! 🙂

Teabox the standard for fresh tea and Chai 👌
I have to admit that I have a special relationship with the Teabox team. It all started when purely by coincidence I ran into an advert of Teabox on Instagram. I was intrigued and became curious so I ordered the tea discovery box including the spoon but most of all the superb tea glass.So I began my discovery of all the tea blends that were in the box and started to give them scores. The nice thing is Teabox is giving the sipping recommendations very smart by the way ! Of course not every flavour is spot on but same goes for coffee, wine or liquor tasting as well some you like better and some somewhat less.Rather fast did I have my pref list so I ordered my first refill which was an Earl Grey one. Well it arrived there was something really wrong with tea itself. So I reached out Diwaker explaining what happened, so I received an immediate reply stating we will tackle and take care of and you will receive a replacement. And so it happened I received 1 week later a new Earl Grey refill with a personal note from the team this was so kind and an example of a dedicated customer service which is second to none 👌.During my several business trips to India I made, we had in our office lobby a Chai brew master and oh my goodness that was such a “damn fine” experience that the Teabox Chai discovery box caught my attention. This selection is bringing you around the whole of India. And the real fun is the brewing process of your Chai’s clearly explained by the TB guidelines. It goes without saying that each and every region has its own typical flavour and impossible to say that one or that one so delicious and a very smart choice from Teabox how they composed the box I a huge fan of it and can only but recommend it to try it out 👌.Now several months further down the road I have a collection of preferred teas as well as Chai’s that to several new orders I made with Teabox. Knowing that I was a notorious coffee drinker the delicious but also delicate blends that Teabox is offering made me a big tea and chai fan and dividing my daily sipping’s between the 3.Also are Diwaker’s messages always fun to read and sometimes wondering where the hell is he keeping the inspiration from LOL. So far my ‘declaracion de amor’ to Teabox 👌

A genuinely lovely company
A genuinely lovely company that is helpful and honest. The teas are great, it takes a while to find your favourites and of course the water affects it too as I discovered when staying away in a different part of the UK for a while! I have a couple of favourites now from the chai taster pack - which is itself a great bargain by the way.

The sampler box was great! Nice assortment of teas, lovely glass cup perfect for trying each tea, a teaspoon for measuring, and a sweet doll to celebrate the pickers, all arriving quickly and safely. Thank you!

My daily indulgence!
I usually don't make the effort to write reviews, but I've been so happy drinking Teabox tea that I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I tried a sample tea when my mom received a pack as a gift. I was hooked -- it was so delicious. I have bought 4 more sample packs as gifts and for myself since then. I first absolutely loved the rose & saffron tea but have opened up to loving most of the other flavors too. I am so impressed with the beautiful packaging, the website including instructions for making a perfect cup of tea and of course the quality of the ingredients. I really hope this business thrives and we keep getting delicious tea. It's my indulgence for myself, but I totally think it is worth it.

Awakening some tea related family memories
I have been delighted to enjoy my Teabox tea and to use the excellent glass teacup with its very effective glass top which you kindly sent to me very well wrapped all the way from the Himalayas ! Thank you. Incidentally my late grandfather Badham Thornhill started his Denawaka tea estate in Ceylon now known as Sri Lanka near Adam’s Peak and Ratnapura just before WW1 and ran it successfully until 1941 when he died. His sons and my late uncles Peter & Raymond Thornhill continued to run the estate until it was compulsorily acquired by the Sri Lankan government in 1960. My brother Tim and I were delighted to visit the Denawaka tea estate back in 1980. We still remember receiving large wooden tea boxes from Denawaka at our home in Worcestershire until 1960 so I am now pleased to receive occasional shipments of excellent tea in smaller tea boxes all the way from your tea estate in the Himalayas as a reminder of happier times!

Delicious tea and fine customer service!
I've been a Teabox customer for years and love both their teas and their customer service folks! Even with the horrible tariffs and world chaos, Teabox has gotten me my tea, and with the last order I got 2 lovely chai samples! My favorite tea is the Assam Mangalam Good Summer Black, but the Assam Masala Chai sample is just delicious! I love the tippy tea with the delicate scent of really fresh tea, and I recommend Teabox to all tea drinkers!

White tea geranium-aromatic bath
Aromatic bath from white tea with geranium blossom.Since I've always enjoy geranium as a herb, this white tea sparked my curiosity. I've ordered 3 boxes thinking to gift them and I'm glad I did because this blend is a journey on its own that must be shared!The delicate taste and yet powerfull geranium aroma enveloping you in what you could imagine as an aromatic bath of the senses....Yes, you will wish, you could bath in it for real!Until then, I can and I must recommend this blend to everybody seeking a caressing journey for your senses ;)When it comes to shipping and customer service, I've had no problems with those.
