I purchased a TM23 premium Golf bag in DEC 24 and the warranty ran out DEC 25.. by January of this year I noticed the Inner wall (main Tube) of the bag was collapsing in several places and i now am struggling to get clubs in and the Plastic (I assume) tube has collapsed in. I notified where I purchased the bag and they agreed and forwarded the claim to Taylormade Pacific where it was denied ..Out of 12 months warranty... the bag is becoming useless as the walls collapse in and now clubs are snagging to get in and out.To their credit the Vendor in Australia has given me a 100$ gift card .. and I appreciate that, but doesnt help when a supposed Premium Taylormade bag collapses in on itself,

Ordered a putter well in time for Christmas. Received an email 5 days before the big day stating that due to a technical issue at their end the payment hadn't gone through and I needed to do a BACS transfer instead. No apology, no discount, just an ask for me to pay and that the order would of course be late. It was so amateurish I thought it was a scam, but seemingly this is the level of customer service. Poor.

Ordered item Dec 6, we’re the 29th and still not delivered. Can’t talk to anyone, no one cares. TM is blaming UPS, UPS blames TM for not providing correct shipping labelling details, and I still don’t have the gift I ordered. Again, no one at TM gives a damn…they just hide behind keyboards and all you can do is message with a chatbot. worst customer service and experience! They probably won’t care about that either!

Stealth hd driver is just over 2 years old therefore out of TM manufacturer warranty period, has developed yellow spots under the carbon fibre face. I contacted taylormade customer services to request repair of the face or replacment of the head as I am concerned the yellow spots may be weaknesses in the face that might develop later and are also aesthetically ugly. The customer care person had no intention of assisting me with any kind of redress, replacement or repair. They trot out their limited manufacturing warranty chat. They cheekily offered me 30% off a brand new Qi35 driver at more than £500. I refused this paltry offer and advised them I would never again purchase from them as a company that does not care about customer satisfaction or backup their relatively new carbon face technology. This was my first large purchase from TaylorMade and regrettably my last.

Had a fitting at American Golf on 28th Feb 2023 for a set of irons.Went with Taylormade P-790's 5-PW, graphite shafts. Received them around 6-8 weeks later.Noticed a couple of weeks ago the graphite shafts on 2 of the irons are splitting just by the heads.Contacted Taylormade customer services and they said nothing they could do as the warranty expired in April this year.They suggested I go back to AG to get the shafts replaced. AG want £120 per shaft to replace which if I replace all six shafts it is not a cheap option.I contacted Taylormade again explaining the cost thinking they may be sympathetic and explaining it does not say much for the quality of the shafts if they are failing after 2.5 years.Has anybody else had anything similar happen and what was the outcome please.Mike.

Bought a stealth just over 3years ago. After two years and within warranty fibre glass strand broke on front. Taylor Made replaced it with QI 10. Less than a year and half later face on QI10 dislodged itself from its holding. Replacements not under any warranty. May be Taylor Made but not Well Made. Choose another make if you want a longer lasting driver

I have had a Sim 2 Max driver for 3 yrs. Gifted to me for retirement. 2 weeks ago the carbon fiber piece on the top of the head separated from the body. I called and spoke to CS. Since I had it for 3 yrs and warranty is only 2 there is nothing they will do. I looked online and it is a KNOWN issue, yet there isn't anything they will do. Taylor made isn't interested in customer just the almighty dollar. Well I for one won't buy another taylormade product. Even getting rid of my taylormade putter.

My golf bag broke on 5th hole, embarrassingly and painfully had to carry it round the rest of the course. Only lightly used and not overloaded, it failed 1year 2months after purchase. Poor workmanship and quality, no apology, they just stated warranty had expired so they would not do anything to help, shows the sign of the company, no pride or attention to quality. Disappointing and poor customer service. There’s a reason all these reviews are so low, I won’t be buying Taylormade again.

I bought a Stealth 2 driver about two years ago. Today, the back of my head cracked. Since I believe it's a structural problem, I've returned the driver to the store where I purchased it. The owner of the store in Almancil (near Faro, Portugal) told me he'll contact the representative to have the driver examined by the TaylorMade technical center. I hope TaylorMade recognizes the structural defect because I've only hit golf balls with the driver and nothing else.
