Targe took no responsibility for selling a damaged pressed wood table advertised as acacia from unreliable vendor
I received a damaged Garvee table that was not made from acacia, as advertised, but was laminated pressed board and had a badly damaged table top.Garvee repeatedly misled me regarding getting me a replacement part. But before I realized I was being misled, based on the company's assurances, a friend spent multiple hours putting together parts so the table would be ready for a function that would happen 2 days after the replacement table top was to arrive on Friday. No part arrived. On Monday I was told the part would take 2 to 4 months! And there would be no opportunity to speak to a person with the authority to correct the problem.Target's only response was for me to find boxes and bring the almost 90 pounds of parts back to the store for a refund. A very challenging task for someone with my physical limitations. No apology or even acknowledgement for advertising a pressed board table as wood. No apology for selling products from a company that didn't stand behind their product. Targets response was to figure out a way to get it back to a store or forget about a refund.Then when I tried to write a product review on Target's site, to warn people about the product and the vendor, I got an error message that said I was not able to.

Received my electric spin scrubber
Received my electric spin scrubber. It saved my back while cleaning the tub. The battery is not that good and I wish the handle was a bit longer

Ordering on line is waste of time
Ordered 5 totes online 3 hours before going to the store and after I got the email that it was ready. Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes in line for SLOW customer service as there was only 3 people in front of me but checking out not customer service. When I got up there, they didn't even have it pulled and ready. Dont waste your time ordering online.

Target card services charge late fees…
Target card services charge late fees after they've been paid on time and proof of payment has been sent 3 times. Cant wait to finally zero my account and flush the card down the toilet- never stepping in a Target again. I'm 66 and have never had a problem like this. Phone support tells me they will take care of it and then i get a letter saying I owe even more. Its like a circle of hell with this company.

Target needs to be more honest about their 3rd party vendors
Good experience this year so far, but Target needs to be more honest about their 3rd party vendors. When I order at Target and receive a package from Sila Senior Care, which is in NC, but postmarked Danville VA; this has hallmarks of a brushing scam. I called Sila and they said I was the 2nd person to call about this. There is no way to tell on the website where your product is coming from.

I found Target employees to be generally helpful and polite. The stores are well organized and sufficiently clean. I have also received price matches on their website without issues.

Very badly managed product release…
Very badly managed release of bts merch-out of stock, several changes of release dates, lied about items being available for purchase online. Store staff were very nice.
