Sport Shoe deformity and noisy
I received one of their sports shoes and 1) it had a piece of hard fabric at the back (heel) of one of the shoes that I could not remove. I started to fray my socks and rub against my skin. 2) that same shoe made a loud clicking sound that was very annoying. I sent a picture in with my complaint to the company and they responded that they would need a video, or I could send the shoe back at my expense. In general, I have found their shoes to be sometimes ill-fitting. I will never buy this product again.

Excellent service and good quality shoes at a reasonable price. Have 10 pairs of various styles now and the fit is nearly always good.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes
Ordered two pairs of shoes — neither fit, and both Swiss Post and La Poste refused the return parcels. The company admitted in writing that their return process doesn’t work for Switzerland or France, yet still refused a full refund and offered only store credit. I’ve spent time, money and effort with no usable outcome. Not recommended – the company lacks integrity.

Please beware of scams
Please beware of scams, fraud, and poor service. First, they deceive you with shipping. They charge you for express shipping but send slow shipping. I ordered shoes from them and paid almost $100 for express delivery, based on the assumption that they would deliver them in 3 or 4 days. Now, two weeks have passed, and I haven't received anything.What's worse is that they don't respond. I've sent them many messages without a reply, and I don't know what to do now.This company doesn't respect its customers. Please be careful. I have two bad experiences with them. In my first experience, they did the same thing: they charged for express shipping and sent slow shipping, and the quality of the shoes was poor. But I thought it wasn't their fault and told myself to try again. My second experience confirmed that they are bad. Beware.
