Apple Pay Doesn't Work On Their Site
Website is organized and straightforward. One pain point is Apple Pay doesn't work with Sylvane. The Apple Pay button is there, and a user can select it, but as it goes through the payment process, It spits out an error and the user has to go through a traditional CC input process. Not a huge deal, but annoying when used to the fast convenience with built-in fraud safety Apple Pay provides. When using Apple Pay, the website never gets to see a user's CC info, so even if their site gets compromised, a user's CC info can't be stolen.

Misleading delivery information and indifferent customer service
I had a terrible experience with this online shop. I placed my order on November 10, and the estimated delivery date was November 14. But on November 14, I didn't receive any notifications about the delivery of my order. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my order would only be shipped on December 8, which means that, taking into account delivery time, the difference between the estimated and actual delivery dates is a whole month. The second problem I encountered was the inability to change the delivery address. Due to the postponement of the delivery to December, I needed to change the delivery address because I could not receive the order at the old address. Customer support informed me that this could only be done by canceling the current order and placing a new one. Canceling the order means that they will cancel the order within 24 hours of my request, and I will receive a refund within 3-5 days after. This means that due to inaccurate delivery date information, I will have to wait more than a week for a refund. To be fair, their website states that it is not possible to change the address after placing an order, but in my case, the necessity to change the address arose due to the store's fault. And the store had no intention of correcting their mistake.

The product we ordered never showed up
The product we ordered never showed up. After researching, apparently it was out of stock. When we ordered the product there was no indication it was out of stock. We never got an email informing us that that it was out of stock or if the product was back ordered. Very poor communication
