I had no idea what to expect from this…
I had no idea what to expect from this funny little light! I had a bed bug and odor problem in my bedroom, I tried everything and nothing was permanent. So,I placed the light on top of my bed and set it for an hour to start with. When the time was up I opened the door and I was immediately struck by a crisp odor in the room, it slowly dissipated and I inspected my twin bed, I didn't see any evidence of life and my mattress was odor free. I knew the real test would be at bedtime, and I slept undisturbed by any little bites. I have 3 cats and that is where my odor issues come from, well, I can't believe how efficiently this light actually disinfects the air. This was a worthwhile investment. It doesn't cover up odors, it eliminates them. And it destroyed the bedbugs. I am thrilled, and I feel confident that I have a much cleaner, and more pleasant home than before. I am 73 and I have seen inventions come and go, but this one is a keeper!

Great Customer Service
Swissklip was extremely helpful with assisting me on getting my cleaner replaced. The Customer Service team was very polite and responsive. I really appreciated their assistance

Item was fraudulently advertised
Item was fraudulently advertised and did not function as described. They attempted to have me keep the item and give me a 50% refund for an item that did not perform. The only reason that they completed the refund is that I used a credit card and filed a complaint through the card company

Plan to use three 3x a week within the next month for dust mites mites
I'm hoping it will be helpful in clearing the dust mites because I'm in a senior building with old indoor/outdoor carpeting,if bugs are in my apartment I hope it'll kill whatever and wherever their eggs are, and I can stay comfortable within my apartment thank you Anthony Hobbs and Gayla Redrick

first time shaving my head
first time shaving my head. Second time one of the rotors fell out. Plastic piece would not snap back in. Not sure the second shave was complete. did like the initial response from others. However, don't reckon I can afford a disposable razor of such a price. Especially without a replacement plastic piece / head. ty Part 2. I finished with one head missing. I would like to upgrade to 3 stars.

Bought 2 bottles of Shinefoam and have used regularly and NO change or whiteness as they claim over a few months. A waste. Better off using some baking soda. Extremely disappointed in this product and do NOT recommend. Should get my money back. A genuine experience

Lost and Found
Lost original charger and inquired about replacement. Though they no longer carry, they were able to give me the specs and I will be able to replace independently. Timely and cordial. What else can we ask in these graceless times? Thanks

Not the proper info on cleaning it
Had mine for like 7months. Very little use maybe 5 times. Just rinsing it is not enough. Hair grime still builds up under the blades causing the spring to pop the blade out. Can't repair it once that happenes...

Refunds
I ordered 3 products as gifts, however, 2 of the recipients did not want them. Their return process was a nuisance and although the returns were delivered on 1/15, I did not receive the refund until 2/24 (their website states: "The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility.")
