Good quality clothing and customer service!
Most of the clothing I've ordered from SB has been of good quality and lasted well. Recently though I ordered some gripper socks for pilates and they wouldn't stay on. A quick email to customer service and the lovely Amy sorted the issue. Their products aren't the cheapest out there of course, but I do feel they are worth it, and when the customer service side is so good to deal with it's definitely a company I'll keep supporting.

The amazing Talia 🤩
I had a wonderful experience at the Windsor store.I was served by the most delightful lady named Talia.Her knowledge was second to none, she helped me with buying several birthday gifts for friends.I honestly had the best time, she was so much fun but also very professional.Her customer service was nothing short of exceptional.

Excellent Customer Service
I received a sterling gift card as a present which the purchaser was originally advised would be able to be used on the Ireland site as I live in Ireland. Unfortunately the system would not allow me to apply the card online. I spoke with Emily who was extremely patient and proactive in finding a workaround. She was able to have the gift card value applied remotely as a discount, allowing me to pay the remaining balance and complete my purchase. I greatly appreciated her excellent customer service.

Great customer service
These are one of the most comfortable leggings I have had. The pattern or plain once - there are plenty of options. Perfect fit for size XS like myself but also great fit for XXL(tested by my mum). My favourite is 7/8 length. When the sale is on you can get a pair for between £20-£35. The customer service is fabulous too. My recent order got lost by the courier however Emily T from customer service team (I used the chat option)help me to sort it all out. She was great and although the order had to be amended (due to original ordered products being out of stock) the leggings I ordered as a birthday present for my mum were delivered the following day. Thank you so much.

Customer care good. Delivery courier Evri rubbish
Thea was a great help to me in reordering some items which had not been delivered by Evri. The Evri delivery was not even attempted and so unfortunately I missed out on a sale item. Very sad that Sweaty Betty use Evri but they have good customer service.
