I am so disappointed how this company…

I am so disappointed how this company pays attention to details towards customers. Is the second time when I ordered from them and they offer a free complementary note, you happily accept and write short messages for the loved ones and they receive an empty card😡 Why in the earth you have that option there????? to create false hopes??? If you don’t give a damn about sincere words on a peace of paper, why don’t you remove that option from the order???? With me you done it twice! I bought jewelleries as a present, twice and on both occasions the card was empty, no message, nothing 😡😡😡😡Also, bad update system! on the order status, my parcel was still “arrived in the destination region” for two days and suddenly and unexpectedly I woke up with the currier at the door. Luckily I was at home. Honestly, I didn’t expected such a carelessness behaviour from you company!

1 star is too much

1 star is too much - Well, you’d think a company that’s had as many BAD had reviews here would start to take note and wonder why with those trying to be reasonable about a terrible experience. Terrible in two ways : Shoddy workmanship in x 2 pairs of earrings, both of the back have fallen apart on respective pairs, not due to any misuse. Just have fallen sort whilst wearing - literally. Contacted customer service via email and have been told to take them to be ‘repaired’ under warranty. No refunds are given. I’m pretty sure this is illegal ? I am looking into this. Not because of the monies spent of a useless Tim but because of the sheer fact that if you sell something that is quite literally faulty you as a company, should be held to offer a refund for the product under certain laws. I was told that I was to take it to a shop. This I did at my ‘local’ Swarovski store at Cheshire Oaks. I say local as it is a 1.5hr round trip to this store. Can you believe, they would not entertain my request for my money back, with emails shown as to the correspondence saying this would be done in store only (remember here, I bought online) I asked to speak with a manager. No manager was available and no names were given. “Just ask for the manager, they know who it is” Honestly, embarrassing as a company. Shocking in fact. I have a feeling this company is on its knees - and possibly going bust? I can’t explain why, otherwise they treat loyal customers so shoddily and without a care in the world. I will fight to get my money back here. Through principal. I have family lawyers if needed. Never will I buy for friends and family again from this store. If you’re reading this then find an alternative unless you’re sure of what you’re buying as you’ll have no comeback. Swarovski - take note. The reviews tell you your brand is suffering and won’t tolerate the service and products you supply.

Extremely disappointed in the quality…

Extremely disappointed in the quality of my Swarovski Hyperbola ring. After less than three years of "special occasion" wear and obsessive care (no water, no lotion, no sanitizer), the rhodium plating has worn off to reveal copper underneath.Swarovski’s "solution" was a 10% discount to spend more money on products that don't last. If a premium brand’s jewelry tarnishes as fast as a cheap imitation, there is no reason to pay the premium price. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but unless this is repaired or replaced, I won’t be returning. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Dont buy here.

What can I say. My arm cuff broke, within one year of buying. Luckily (not so luckily). I had a guarantee so it could be fixed. That has not happend. I went to the store. Tried to get it fixed but they told me it was not possible. I got sent to the online customer service. They told me to go back to store, they did not listen to me. I sent prove that my cuff was broken that I already went to the store. And that now because all of this I wanted my money back. Well that is not possible. I only have to buy something of them, but I dont want to because the quality and customer service is really bad. The store manager did her best and told me I coulr get a online giftcard, the worst part is that the online customer service did not even mention that. All in all worst quality. Dont buy here save up for some good quality products.

⚠️Humiliated by staff who prioritise…

⚠️Humiliated by staff who prioritise themselves over customers – and then dismissed by Head Office!Rating: ⭐ (1/5)I have been an avid Swarovski customer for years, but my experience at the *Swarovski East Midlands Outlet Store* on Saturday 28th February 2026 has completely destroyed my trust in this brand. I am sharing this in detail so other customers know what goes on behind the scenes.⚖️I visited the store around 7pm for a leisurely browse. An assistant approached me and was initially pleasant. When I mentioned I love a bargain, she openly volunteered that she and her colleagues get to preview all new jewellery before it is put on the shop floor, allowing them to "grab themselves a bargain." She even showed me the jewellery she was wearing and bragged about how little she paid. As a customer, this immediately raised a red flag – if staff are snapping up the best discounted items, what chance do we have?⚠️The situation then became even more uncomfortable. She told me she had set aside an item from that morning's delivery for herself but had "changed her mind." She brought out a box of earrings, priced at £15, and offered them to me. I twice checked she was sure, and she insisted she didn't want them. Delighted, I decided to buy them.However, during this conversation, another assistant realised she had missed out on the delivery and was visibly upset. When I later approached the till to pay, I saw the two assistants whispering to each other. The moment I said I would like to purchase the earrings, the first assistant abruptly told me she had "changed her mind" and wanted to keep them. It was immediately obvious the other assistant had pressured her into it.⚠️I felt utterly humiliated. I was put in an awful position through no fault of my own. An item was freely offered to me, assured the staff member didn't want it, and then visibly snatched back due to internal staff politics while I stood there.⚠️The response from Swarovski has been just as disappointing. The store manager apologised but offered a 30% discount – 20% of which was already available to all customers that day. When I said this was inadequate and asked to escalate, she claimed all complaints go back to store managers. I then contacted customer service, who offered a derisory £25 gift card, which I also rejected. It is clear they have no interest in 'genuinely' addressing the core issue here: staff are given first access to limited stock, and customers are treated as second-class!!! ⚠️I have now written to the Managing Director, Samantha Jeffries, as I believe this behaviour damages the brand's integrity. ⚠️TO ANYONE considering shopping at Swarovski, be warned: the staff may be pleasant to your face, but behind the scenes, they are securing the best bargains for themselves before you even get a look in!!!This company does not value its customers! 🚷

Jewelery is nice but watch quality is…

Jewelery is nice but watch quality is disappointing. It ran out of battery within one year. When I senT the watch to Swarovski for battery replacement, they told me that they could not replace the battery beacause of stripped screws This is ridiculous when no other repairing shops has ever touched the watch. Email its customer service email. There is no response, failure to keep its 2 days response service pledge. Very disappointing watch quality and customer service. Good luck to their business.

I buy a lot from Swarovski for my…

I buy a lot from Swarovski for my family and myself. I used to order on line and collect at Buchanan galleries. Unfortunately the last year I've had a very rude staff member and older woman dark hair. Three times I've been and she has a real attitude she's not pleasant and not helpful. She wouldn't open the box to let me see my order and didn't give me my paperwork which comes with it. The last time I was with my husband and before a friend they both agreed. I no longer go in that shop. The other young women are very nice.
