Fast and effective support

SCAM: They keep the money AND block the service as "punishment"
I am writing this to warn everyone. Surfshark's business practices are abusive. After a PayPal dispute was closed in their favor (meaning they have my money), they decided to block my access to the VPN service I paid for.Their agent explicitly stated that because I opened a dispute, they consider it an "attempt to exploit" (they chose PayPal to be paid) and will not restore the service. This is a double penalty: they are paid, but I have no service. This is a clear breach of contract and EU consumer law.Note to the Support Team: Do not reply with your copy-paste message asking me to contact you "to find a solution". I have already contacted you by email multiple times and you keep repeating the same thing. Either refund me or restore my access immediately. I have already reported this to SignalConso (French DGCCRF) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Easy to install and invoke
Easy to install and invoke. Configurable with an easy interface. Does not significantly impact up- and downlink rates. Easy to pause and restart. Easy to switch VPN servers and works well with apps and sites that require localization. In summary: Easy.

Account issues Solved and Loyalty Valued
My account was not reflecting renewal and I was unable to connect, I spoke with a team member who had it sorted in about 5 minutes. While having a look to see if I had renewed, I saw there was a current sale on and I had paid $125AUD and it was now on sale for $85. I asked the team member if they were able to price match, and they added 2 additional years to my current subscription for my loyalty! Thanks Surfshark.
