I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of sunglasses here that felt decent in the shop, but they literally fell apart within the first few weeks of normal wear. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality, but these are absolute garbage.When I went back to the store—only 30 days after purchase—to ask for a return or even just an exchange for the defective product, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem. They flat-out refused to honor any kind of return policy, even though the glasses broke immediately due to poor manufacturing.It’s clear this store only cares about taking your money; they have zero interest in standing behind their products or treating their customers with basic respect. Save your time and your cash—go literally anywhere else where they actually value their clients.Avoid this place at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the current state of your return policy and customer support.Recently, I attempted to resolve a return issue and was left on a customer service hold for over an hour. This is completely unacceptable for a premium retailer. To make matters worse, after finally getting through, my issue remained entirely unresolved.A return policy should be a straightforward part of the customer experience, yet Sunglass Hut has made it an exhausting and unproductive ordeal. As a customer, I expect timely support and clear solutions, neither of which were provided.I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the efficiency of your support team and the transparency of your return procedures. I look forward to hearing how you intend to make this right.

Upon entering the store i was greeted right away and was just looking for a pair of sun glasses while i was trying them on the staff was very helpful and when asked there opinion they were there with either a nod of head saying no or 2 thumbs up and a fantastic sense of humor so i would recommend the store at midtown because I was treated like a person

The sales people are very knowledgeable of the products. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions took the time to show me different styles to more fit my face. I was at the midtown store in Saskatoon.

Would be 0 stars. Took my ray ban glasses back that are still under warranty only to be told they wouldn’t do a things as it was accidental damage ! The glasses have stretched so large that my head must have grown to triple the size without my knowing in order for them to fit me. Refused to do anything other than warm up the plastic and hope it held. Left a few hours as advised to let them cool down. And what a surprise still too large. WAs intending to buy more glasses today at least another 2 pairs but after the awful customer service i won’t ever buy from here again ! Absolutely shocking behaviour lack of customer service and rudeness I’m surprised sellers like ray ban even use a site like this to under value their brand name with such a shoddy response when an item is clearly still in warranty and only been on 1 holiday before they went extremely loose. Won’t buy ray ban again and certainly won’t use this crap shop either ! Buy else where !’

Was shopping in Birmingham City Centre . Was not allowed to enter the shop because the shop was “full to capacity” . Less than ten people in the shop . All three assistants came to me and said go elsewhere . Unbelievable service as if they didn’t want customers in the shop. First time I went to a shop to be told to go away ! Need new staff !!!!!!!

Sunglass Hut and its delivery partner VEHO are the worst. Nothing good can come of buying from them. Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, veho was at the gate where I live (they photographed it) and texted me for the access code which was clearly printed on the label. I texted it anyway within a minute of their text (what would have happened if I was unavailable to answer the text, or busy doing other things). But still no package, they just left. This is the 3rd issue I've had with this carrier. Same asking for the gate code when its printed on the label. I don't think they speak or read english so that's a problem from the get-go. I called sunglass hut who were NO help at all. They told me after waiting several days they might be able to send a replacement but no refund!!! (And who might the carrier be on that replacement - VEHO?? and why would I want to do business with sunglass hut after this). And that I should call the carrier. I SHOULD CALL THE CARRIER! Veho does not have a working phone number, you can only text which they will not answer. How is this my responsibility? Sunglass hut hired these incompetents to deliver for them. Save yourself the aggravation, loss of money and valuable time. Companies like this should be sued and not be allowed to prey on hard-working customers. After reading how many times VEHO says they delivered packages but customers never received, I think they're running a real scam. I will try to recover my money but in the meantime, I will report to every agency there is. Sunglass Hut and Veho - zero stars
