Very happy 🙂
I was very anxious after reading all the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Package arrived complete, very well packed and the box was in perfect condition. Delivery took 2 weeks but it was worth it 😁 I received a free sample too. I will definitely use it again.

Still not arrived!
Still not arrived!Ordered 24th March and still not arrived. Emailed their customer support 2nd April for an ETA, zero response. Still waiting... I wouldn't order again based on how long it takes to get to you... if it in deed does arrive. If not will be taking it up with PayPal.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended! I've placed two orders with sylvana.com and both arrived within 2.5 weeks. The items were well-packaged and arrived in their original packaging. I will certainly be ordering again.

Never received my order
Never received my order, never received any email, letter or text message informing that the package was ready for pick up. I made a separate order on the same day and received it normally at my home, but this one simply never arrived. Now I have to pay for the shipping fees and wasted 2 months waiting. I don't want to pay for new shipping fees.

Customer care pas bien
I placed an order on February 21st....all products available...paid for express shipping with insurance and to date the package has not yet arrived....the inefficient customer service always responds with the same sentences...they can't explain the reason for the huge delay...plus if you ask them then refund me or give me a voucher they don't respond to you....they are terrible

i think website is a scam
i think this website is a scam - i tried to order 2 times. the 1st time they cancelled my order after like 2 months of waiting (at least i got a refund). the 2nd time my payment did not went through and when i tried to replace the order the gift which was added into my order of course disappeared - well in the end i think i am greatful not to spend this much money on this website. what i do not understand my sister ordered from them and never had any problem - perhaps it depends on your location (she lives in a different country)all and all i recommend yesstyle way more reliable never had any problem with them, i will stick to them after 2 fails attems with this one.

Scam artists…
Under no circumstances use this company! I purchased 5 bottles of suncream (which arrived late), on first use of one of them the bottle exploded. I emailed with photos and revived a response to say as it was 48 hours after delivery they weren’t going to do anything - if it had been months or years since delivery I would understand but it was just over 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. They are scam artists.

VERY SLOW DELIVERY
Ordered items ten days ago that were supposed to be in stock, and they have only just shipped! I've since ordered items from Just My Look and Look Fantastic that arrived within 48 hours. I will never order from Stylvena again and really wish I'd seen the bad reviews before I did this time.

Fraudsters!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.After waiting over two months, my order has still not been delivered. I have now been informed by Evri that the parcel is being returned to the sender, which is completely unacceptable given the length of time that has already passed.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, your customer service team has only provided generic apologies and has failed to address my clear request for a refund.As a result, I have raised a formal fraud claim with my bank, as I now have serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this transaction.Shame on you.
