Since 28 June 2023 I didntt get my money, around 400 euro!!I sold my ticket and never received money. I gave my Paypal, about 4 different cards - and they tell me that SIMETHING WRONG WITH ALL OF THEM!

DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!!! Do not buy the tickets on Stubhub unless you don't really care if you go to the event or not. It's a gamble plain and simple. They say you are covered by their "guarantee", but in reality it doesn't mean anything. You can get a refund only on the day of the event, one hour before the event starts. If you already made plans and traveled to see the particular event, the ticket refund won't really help you. There are no validations peformed on sellers, anyone can list a ticket and provide ZERO proof that they can actually deliver the ticket. Only way to find out if they actually have it, or if they're trying to scam you, is to wait up until 1 hour before the event. At which point it will be too late to look for tickets elsewhere even if you get the refund. This is from personal experience, having travelled to another continet and spent thousands of dollars on the trip, just for them to tell me on the day of the event that the seller can't deliver the tickets and they can't provide a replacement. Instead of buying tickets in advance on Stubhub, It is much easier, and safer to look for tickets on facebook groups few days before the event, or on the day of the event. There's always people selling some at lower prices and you can buy them in person without worrying about getting scammed.

I accidentally bought 9 tickets for the…
I accidentally bought 9 tickets for the wrong date hockey game and when I tried to return them right away I was told I had sell them through the website. When I had to sell them I had to reduce the price of them because stub hub needed to get their fees and for me to sell them for what I bought them for they never would have sold. So here I am 4 months after I sold my tickets for 150 dollars less than I paid for them and I still haven't got paid. Terrible company to deal with.

Wouldnt refund during blizzard
While purchasing the tickets was easy (obviously) this 3rd party seller doesn't do anything for refunds unless the event is canceled. March 14 2026 I was supposed to see TobyMac in Minneapolis but due to the blizzard that day I was unable to make it from Red Wing MN. We received about a foot of snow and many if not all roads were closed in the surrounding area. Near impossible to understand customer service reps. Never again.

I bought the tickets for my daughter…
I bought the tickets for my daughter and her husband, and the tickets were so easy to transfer to his phone! They went to the Hardy concert and didn't have a problem and enjoyed themselves immensely. Daughter said it was one of the best concerts ever. Thank you for making the process easy to transfer the tickets.
