Not a fan of their delivery packaging - but delivered timely
I ordered a large amount of filament. While it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, They shipped the individual rolls in plastic bags (probably following Amazon's ridiculous lead - I hate these bags) While the individual spools were well packaged in boxes, delivery people aren't always the kindest to what they are delivering. A couple of the boxes were crushed. All of the spools are usable, but I did have one that was a cardboard spool that I had to take some CA glue to. After I spent so much money on that order, would one large cardboard box to further protect the product be asking to much. Cardboard is recyclable too ... those bags are not.

Great machine. Only problem is it shakes the folding table I had slated for it and had to find a different stand.

I ordered one K2 Creality on sale
I ordered one K2 Creality on sale, what I received was Two printers. I was charged the full price for one and the sale price for the other. It took me 2 months working with Creality and my credit card to get this resolved. I hope if I have a problem with my printer, I will get faster results.

I had the misfortune of buying a laser engraver and 3d printer from them.The laser engravers camera usb broke first use, the 3d printer you have to spend $60 every 3 months for a new print nozzle (hot end) don't make my mistake pay a little extra for a quality product.

Amazing business. I recommend them to anyone. I broke a part on my printer they accidently sent the wrong piece and sent me the correct one.

No spare parts for simple failure – expensive machine becomes unusable
I own a Creality Falcon 2 Pro and I cannot recommend this machine for long-term use.The failure in my case was minor – only a connector/cable got damaged. However, this small and inexpensive part is impossible to purchase anywhere, not from Creality and not from official distributors.At the same time, the only available option is to buy a full laser module for around $1000, which is completely unreasonable for such a small issue.I tried contacting support multiple times. I received no response to emails, and WhatsApp communication felt automated and did not provide any real solution.In practice, this means that even a simple failure can make the entire machine unusable, with no realistic way to repair it.For a product in this price range, lack of basic spare parts and effective support is unacceptable.I am sharing this so potential buyers understand that after the warranty period, they may be left without real support or repair options.

The worst service and experience I have…
The worst service and experience I have received from this company. I would suggest everyone not to buy this product.Anything can happen and that is normal for any product. But, you have to have a positive attitude to resolve.After service is really bad and frustrating.
