Pair of sneakers that I ordered came in…
Pair of new not used sneakers that I ordered came in and the one sneaker was so worn that you could tell the color difference in between the two pairs of sneakers and what also seemed like a small coffee stain on one of the white stripes of the shoe if this is how you verify sneakers are of quality then I will never shop with you ever again

My order showed up the box was damaged…
My order showed up the box was damaged from delivery service from stockx when it comes to sneakers the box is just as important as the shoes. Contacted customer support went through three representative’s and the best that could be done was 20 dollar discount or just return them. As a customer this was a very poor alternative stockx should value there customers better.

Received wrong size shoe I ordered to wear to an event after paying for expedited shipping won’t get refunded for that they won’t just resend the correct size I have to wait for a refund then order all over again if they even have the shoe & the price didn’t go up
