Love their clothes
I practically live in their Turpin Fleece Pants all winter - super soft and warm, they're the best sweatpants I've ever owned and they elevate all of my winter lounging (I have 3 pairs). I also have their Hometown Down Hooded jacket (bought per a Wirecutter recommendation), which I absolutely love - super warm and flattering fit.

Very helpful company
I found this company to be ready to help with all my issues. They were able to cancel and order that I placed and had already submitted.Their coats are high quality and fit good. I believe they are a good company to purchase clothing from.

Stio’s On Top!
Customer service great! Styling with an individual touch. Quality is great. Been buying Stio (I mean the man, Steve) since his Cloudveil days.Been skiing/Patrolling for over 50 years. Wear bibs 90% of the time. Try the Figment bibs. Best style I’ve owned. Pockets all over the place, but right where you want them.

Ridiculously long ship times…2 weeks…
Ridiculously long ship times…2 weeks from California to Colorado. They use the “Shop” service to purchase and ship, so you have no idea what the shipping status is.

Phony reviews -- poor quality
I purchased a "Wilcox" fleece vest from Stio which began to pill within the first two months of occasional use. It was highly rated on their website. When Stio advised that pilling was not covered by their warranty, I left an informative, negative review, which never appeared on the website. This explains the absence of any negative reviews.

Stio Fan for Life
Excellent product selection. Always something for any activity no matter the time of year. Just got my CFS shoes and they are awesome! Stop is really killing it!Not to mention the Customer Experience team is incredibly responsive and helpful when needed.

For more than the mountains!
I moved to New York from down south and my parents made sure I had the perfect parka from Stio for the winter. I've had my parka for 3 years and have no complaints. It keeps me warm in the wind and has roomy pockets for everything.
