I received two 6.8 Double Din radio’s for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU through Stinger Radio and both had the same problem. The equalizer setting would return to flat at any random time even though I selected a custom setting. Additionally, the FM radio reception was awful. Tried teo recommendations for their support team neither worked. Fixed the problem by installing a Sony XAV-AX4000 from another vendor.

Awful customer service - BUYER BEWARE
After tech support diagnosing my unit as defective and well inside warranty period, Shelby Dixon in customer service decided i need to make multiple visits to chevrolet dealer an hour away to get the swap done. The chevy dealer didn't even sell the product. It was purchased online and i provided the receipt showing the unit is only 7 months old.

After several hours of searching
After several hours of searching, trying, changing cables, e-mails, .... : Rear camera - Stinger, cost 275 € - does not work at all ( by the way this is a cheap Chinese camera that cost on Temu $15 -, DAB+ finally wordks afters installing an extra amplifier. Why android or apple car play aren't wireless ??? Website is orientated on the USA market, nearly nothing on their 'European' website that can help with the difficult installation. Very expensive radio, with too much useless items on it. Not recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to installed the horizon 12 in my 2012 wrangler jku. The written instructions sent with the $2000.00 head unit and the you tube video that is supposed to walk a person thru installation have nearly no relationship with the product. Half of the gauges work, half of the tpms works, none of the 4 external cams work. I have tried many times to call and email the company. They don’t answer the phone and don’t call back given the chance. Aside from the Email auto reply, there is also no interaction. I had a local factory installer check my unit and was told he couldn’t figure it out either. So now in un-installing and returning. This is my second experience with stinger off-road with substandard customer support and product support. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs.

Very happy overall
I purchased a large screen infotainment replacement for my truck. The installation instructions were specific for my truck, detailed, but lacked some minor details. This was okay because their Tech Support was outstanding. Excellent system knowledge, had details for my specifics, and was US based and easily understandable. The buying experience and installation was outstanding. I would highly recommend Stinger and their associated brands.

Buy it if you love your truck
This was a huge step in modernizing my 2017 Tundra. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. It brought my truck to a 2024 standard inside the cab and I thoroughly enjoy it. The directions were spot on and made the process a snap.
