I purchased an arena 9 from Amazon used sold by Amazon. I have not had the item for more then 6 months and I am having terrible crackling and popping sound from the speakers. I contacted steel series and all they had to say was we don’t deal with used items bought 3rd party. This is the most we don’t care about you and your problems answer not standing by their product. I used to really like this company now I would not recommend to anyone and if you read this purchase something else this company does not stand by its product. I will forever now say no to steel series. The arena 9 was not cheap so now I am out $400 plus.

Quick delivery but when returned they are withholding the money and it's been ages? I'm not sure why. Hopefully they can sort soon so I can leave a better review.

Hello. I had a Steelseries Tkl wireless 2023 keyboard. Just this month its been 3 years since i bought it. The keyboard suddenly had a problem regarding its connecticity through both wired and 2.4ghz connections. It would randomly disconnect and either stay disconnected or reconnect after some seconds. Most times it wouldnt reconnect for hours when 2.4ghz dongle connection was used. I suspected it was a software problem. Searched the internet and found no solution, just other people having the same experience. I reached out to customer support for help. Had a wonderful experience with the person trying to help but in the end nothing worked. Warranty was only 2 years and so i couldnt get it replaced either. Unfortunately even though i was super proud of my expensive purchase and its performance till now, even going as far as advertising its quality and performance every instance i could, my overall experience is extremely negative. I cannot accept that a keyboard costing this much and coming from a brand as Steelseries has such a problem that hasnt been fixed and nothing is being done to fix it or help the customers experiencing such problem one year after their warranty expires. I loved that keyboard but i confidently share that i have lost my trust to the Steelseries brand after experiencing this.Edit 1 after getting a reply from Steelseries.It is perfectly clear that you dont care at all about feedback. You either had an AI bot write the review or some copy paste autoreply. I clearly stated that my issue was with a keyboard not a damn headset. Quality standards isnt something Steelseries values. I guess maximizing profit by every means possible is more important. Shortsighted company policy.This was their response :"Hello - Thanks for your review of SteelSeries; we are glad to learn you have enjoyed our headsets, but sorry your devices are not functioning well. During the Warranty Period, SteelSeries will replace the product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”). However, after the Warranty Period on your device expires, we only offer troubleshooting assistance, not replacements"

I got a pair of headphones that I'd hoped would be able to double as PC and standard mobile day-to-day headphones, but they didn't really exactly fit my needs, so I returned them. The return process was simple and without kinks. Customer service responded very quickly and was wonderfully helpful.

This headset costed around 36 dollars and it was the biggest waste of money in my life, and I would very much rather, and recommend buying a cheap 10 dollar headset on Amazon, as they are10 times better than this shitty piece of thing. Not only did the headphones not work at all, the headset was giving me headaches when I wore them for 20 seconds. There was this feature on the headset where it would “dampen” any “loud” audio when you were in a game, and either they added this feature because they quite literally hate their customers which I can tell they do, or the designers of this headset has literally never played a single video hame in his life. PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
