The new Chai is awful
The new Chai is awful. It is so bland. I was a loyal customer when they used Tazo chai. Now I save money and make it at home.

The store that steals from there customer
I recently went to Starbucks in Sacramento, California to do some computer work as I was getting out of my car a gentleman tried to steal my computer brief cases , I was arguing with him for about 10 minutes. Someone from the store came out and asked him to leave which he did. A police officer came some time later to investigate this incident, as I was in the Starbucks , The police officer asked me if I was OK. I said yes, when I got inside the store, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and orange juice, I had to get up several times to ask for breakfast sandwich the barista said that she forgot about my breakfast sandwich, based on this incident which happened in March 2026 I would recommend people be very careful when going into Starbucks .

"BUY OR LEAVE" WHILE LOADING STARBUCKS CARD
I attempted to patronize a Starbucks location located at 1316 East West Highway Silver Spring Maryland 20910. In doing so I was the accosted by management attempting to load my Starbucks card, I was told to buy something or leave. When I responded in a tone congruent to the way I was approached I was then told I could leave. When I attempted to address the situation in a professional manner with the manager, she declined to speak with me to resolve the issue after calling the police to trespass me. Me being a Starbucks member since 2014 and been patronizing this company for as long as I remember I have never encountered a issue like this. With such disregard for appropriate service I do believe I was profiled based on appearance and race. Although I've always had reservations on writing negative reviews on businesses this one was an exception based on the abhorrent experience and the way in which it was handled. Thanks

Starbucks’ new chai is AWFUL!😣
Starbucks’ decision to get rid of Tazo chai and to make their Refreshers caffeine-free may end up costing Sbux many non-coffee drinkers. I am one of them. Using their own Teavana chai and making it unsweetened is like taking lake water and bottling it and calling it chai tea. This new chai is disgusting. My favorite part of the chai flavor from Sbux was the pepper bite you got. Why take the caffeine out of refreshers, why not give us the option to go caffeine-free, or caffeinated?For those of us who do not appreciate coffee, these two drinks were awesome alternatives. Sbux never bothers to ask for their customers’ voice any longer. It seems that profits, not pleasing people, is their most important goal. How totally sad.😢 I had been a Sbux lover for well over two decades along with having worked as a barista for them in the past.

Terrible Rule
My sister is lactose intolerant and I don't like gouda. But they refused to make an adjustment to remove the cheese. They said there was a new rule that stopped them from being allowed to make adjustments. It made no sense at all. So we had to go to a different cafe. 1 Star

No wheelchair assistance
I have just been to Starbucks on Watling street in Cannock to check it out so I can review it for my blog wheelchair worries.com. I was disappointed to find the door wasn't automatic. There was a contraption that says 'for help touch here' underneath the wheelchair logo - well I did press it... several times and not one member of staff moved. A member of the public had to come and let me in. My coffee was about three quarters full. I tried the door contraption when I left as well, I heard it bleep but still no assistance.

I am so pissed off I work right next to a Starbucks I go in all the time and buy drinks almost every day and today it's almost 100 degrees out and so I go to ask to buy a cup of ice and I'm told they can't sell me a cup of ice wtf why you are making money it very hot out
