I typically hate contacting support as you have to wait forever and/or they can’t help you. Not the case with Stack Social’s support. I purchased a software license and was having trouble properly installing it. With a quick email exchange - they were able to quickly resolve the issue AND were so pleasant to work with. Expectations exceeded. 😊

I ran into a problem installing the keys to upgrade from Window 11 to Windows 12 Pro.The StackSocial Team of Experts were very understanding of the problem and came to my rescue.Very happy with the support provided.

First purchase with StackSocial where I bought the 2024 Office H&B Lifetime License. I needed a little handholding to get it installed and they were great. Then there was a problem with my purchase showing up being I guess I bought it as a Guest. So they walked me thru several tries to get that fixed. Finally got fixed.Highly recommend them!

I ordered a Microsoft product several months ago to load onto a new laptop. I had difficulties getting the product activated. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and tried to walk me through solutions, step-by-step. I couldn't make things work, so they sent me a new activation code. Things are working now. This was great customer service! Their communication was great also! I am so appreciative!

StackSocial refunded my money after they read my TrustPilot review. I can only hope that they also modify the text as recommended in my original review. It needs to be clear that you are purchasing a one time download link to the automatic setup of the product; and, that you are not downloading a complete copy of the purchased software that can be used to reload it if your operating system crashes. I have upgraded this to 4 stars.

I had significant issues with my Windows 11 install and was rather frustrated, but the support team stuck with me and figured out a way for me to get it all figured out. Kudos to Stella and the support team!
