I ordered a turn signal switch for a…
I ordered a turn signal switch for a 1967 chevelle malibu(column shifter). Their website has 3 options for my vehicle. Two of witch are floor shift only. The one I ordered was the only option that would work according to the description. The one I got was wrong and would not work. I think they have an issue with their website description of parts. It kinda seems half arss put together. I hope they fix this issue. It kinda turns customers off when they have to pay multiple shipping charges and they have nothing to show for it at the end of day.

Every time I place an order you seem to have a sale a few days after or give away a t shirt or hat or something. Why don’t you just add that offer to stuff in progress?Your marketing team knows when promotions are scheduled to run so they should be added to orders in process. Not doing so is a disservice to existing customers. Like cable companies giving discounts to new customers and not existing ones. Bad business model. If your order process is not set up that way then fix it.

I Called to change the order, to canceled some incorrect parts. Spoke with someoneone, said no issues. Order shows up has incorrect parts, and missing some parts on the order. Website is terrible for ordering parts.
