Excellent exchange return communication I bought 2 pairs of shoes, but they were too small. So I exchanged one pair for a larger size and the other for a different brand shoe in larger size that cost more. The return was easy-peasy, then they follow up communication with Zakiyyah was amazing. She was very clear with questions and clarifications, quick to respond and gave easy to follow instructions. I paid for a next day delivery but…
I paid for a next day delivery but haven’t received it yet. According to Evri, my parcel will arrived on the day that I need it which is of no use to me anymore. I bought the sandals to ease my feet after my long run

These guys are great
These guys are great, very friendly staff at call centre always willing to help, prices always great and delivery speeds can’t be faulted. Only disappointment is paying delivery for orders worth 100s no free returns so if you get your size wrong that’s it start spending on those returns. Had my parkrun t shirt delivered today from them excellent quality.
