Don't charge for returns due to misfit sizes
My order arrived sooner. That was good. But the sweater that was supposedly XL was XXXXL and the shoes that was supposedly 8.5 was 7.5. I can understand that you can not check every product's badge against its reality but you should not charge for returns due to this reason. How can I ever order online again, unless I've already been to your shops and couldnt find my size there.

Site made 2 orders of the same when i…
Site made 2 orders of the same when i only ordered one. 1st money was taken straight away, second was taken 2 days after when parcel arrived. Now to return have to pay for delivery so will be loosing 5.99 2x for delivery and return for a 30£ order. Ridiculous.

Avoid Sports Direct Bloomfield
The bloom field store in Bangor is one of the worst, unwelcoming and truly horrific stores to shop in. None of the staff know how to smile and the manager Matthew is rude and wouldn't listen to constructive feedback.I avoid the bloom field store unless I have no other choice
