Do not use Spectrum

Spectrum has the unique distinction of being the single worst service I’ve ever received across any service in any field. Near daily outages, some for hours. Staggering incompetence that seems intentional and malicious at times.

Too soon to tell about the network and…

Too soon to tell about the network and the coverage but the support given by the store representative was excellent and I suggest everyone to go to the store and get the things done.It was smooth and faster.

The worst service transfer in the face…

The worst service transfer in the face of the earth. I cancelled my business Spectrum business. I cancelled my Spectrum home service and went with T-mobile for the same reason on both home and business for poor service, poor customer service and i was almost convinced by the agent at least after near a month my Spectrum mobile would at least be up and sputtering like the other two services I cancelled, however the line is still dead and each day brings a new call and another promise. Nothing!

Plain and simple it does not work!! & technicians, do not show up

Technicians did not show up twice. They did not provide me with the tracking system to see when the technicians were coming or any form of communication.Even though I had to call customer service to complain about this before my second appointment was set up.I lose service 1-3 times a week for 4 months straight. And they refuse to credit me for yhe 4 days with no internet bye.Bye.Spectrum !! Don't let the door hit ya!

Excellent Customer Care

Everything from the employee in the store to Justin out in the field was smooth and excellent. The store employee was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right plan and my number brought over from my old carrier. He was very polite and efficient at his job. Justin out in the field did an excellent job installing my home access. He was very knowledgeable as well and had great points as to where my access would work the best with my home setup. They were both great

Horrible customer service not willing…

Horrible customer service not willing to work with customers pushy on adding more services to “lower” your bill when actually you don’t need those things so it’s not actually lowering your bill it’s getting you to pay more for stuff you don’t need. Unfortunately they’re the only provider in our area otherwise I would’ve left a long time ago.
