A SPA break with no SPA available !
Unfortunately, we were unable to use the spa facilities as intended. There were no available beds throughout our stay, and the pools were consistently overcrowded. The water appeared unclean, and the surrounding areas were wet, dirty, and unkempt. We raised these concerns with two members of staff at reception; however, neither offered any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. We were simply informed that towels were removed every 20 minutes to free up beds, which did not improve availability during our visit.We were directed to an upstairs relaxation area, which, while pleasant, did not compensate for the inability to use the main spa facilities we had paid for. In effect, it felt no different from sitting at home, and certainly not worth the significant cost of the experience.Additionally, I received a massage treatment that was both rushed and disappointing. The treatment lasted only 18 minutes, despite being advertised as 25 minutes, and did not provide the relaxing experience expected. This added to our overall dissatisfaction.We made several attempts to access the spa facilities again, but conditions remained unchanged—crowded, unclean, and far from relaxing. By the following morning, we felt so disappointed that we chose to leave early, shortly after breakfast. Upon leaving, we asked to speak with the spa manager; however, staff were unable to locate them, which further added to our frustration. A letter of complaint has been sent to the venue.

Amazing moment
Amazing moment. It was our first time with the day access to the spa, everything was perfect, clean and not too busy. Thank you for the warm welcome, we gonna come back :)
