Very disappointed

Recently purchased two matching sets however the qualities is poor and the material is cheap. The quality was the same as the $20 matching sets I can get at Costco. There’s absolutely no lifting or shaping in these matching set as indicated. Extremely disappointed in the quality and fit. Spanx obviously do not stand behind your products. Unfortunately, I purchase it on sale, but it was still very pricey and I’m stuck with it.

Spend with confidence.

I had an issue with pants that I ordered from Spanx and instead of being rigid with their rules, the associate immediately offered to help. And she did. I keep returning to this company because of great products and great customer service. That seems difficult to find now days.

Petite inseam was 27”, not 30” as described

I bought the Air Essentials wide leg pant. Very nice! I’m 5’4” with a 30” inseam. Did my research for the right size and got the petite inseam as IT SAID it was 30”. Got the pants and measured the inseam at 27”! That’s a huge discrepancy! Disappointed I have to reorder and wait another week.

Much too small, much too tight.

I ordered the new minimizer bra and it was at least 2 sizes too small. I was so disappointed and have returned it. Essentially I paid $72 for a bandaid. From now on I will order elsewhere. I am 5’5 and weigh 136 pounds. So my size was not the issue. I hope this helps.

My first & Last experience with SPANX

This was my first experience purchasing from SPANX, and unfortunately it was disappointing.I purchased the AirEssentials Luxe Barrel Leg Pant in Very Black as part of a matching set. After the first wear and first wash (following care instructions), the pants developed a seam failure, indicating a manufacturing defect.Customer service acknowledged the defect and issued a refund for the sale price I paid. However, the matching style and color were out of stock, so I was unable to replace the pants or maintain the coordinated set. The alternative colors and styles suggested did not match the top I had already purchased, and I was told that a replacement, store credit, or price adjustment on a comparable Very Black style was not possible once the refund had been processed.The only additional accommodation offered was a standard 15% promo code and a free return on the top if I chose to return the entire set. While the responses were polite, this resolution left me either with an incomplete set or needing to repurchase matching items at a higher price due to a defect that was not my fault.SPANX followed policy, but the handling felt rigid and did not meaningfully acknowledge the inconvenience or loss of value caused by a defective item. For a premium brand, I expected more flexibility and a more customer-first approach when a product fails immediately.As a result, I will not be repurchasing and will be moving to alternatives brands that align more closely with my customer-first values.

Stellar Customer Service Experience

I recently needed to exchange an item I received as a gift. The cut was a bit short but there was a small stain on the front which was the bigger issue. My Customer Service experience was stellar! Not only were they quick to respond, but they followed up again because I wasn't able to respond back immediately. Then, they issued a credit and didn't ask me to send the item back. I had no issue sending the item back, but I appreciate the ease Spanx extended me. Furthermore, Spanx followed up again once the Store Credit was issued. In general, across the board, Customer Service is suffering these days. My experience with Spanx's Customer Service was top-notch and worth the praise. I hope others are able to have the same experience with them as I did.

The airism pants are horrible!

The airism pants are horrible!! They last one wash and then the butt starts pulling. If you sit on anything, it pulls they are absolutely defective!! I did not even sit on anything rough and they pull you cannot wear them outside! Also, you cannot leave a review on the website so they do not reflect how awful they are. And overpriced.
