THEY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT FOR USING THE SERVICE YOU PAID FORI signed up for Spacemail. Their sales page says nothing about sending limits. Nothing in the pricing table. Nothing before checkout.I found out later — buried in the FAQ — that trial accounts are capped at 20 emails per hour.I sent 20 emails. One hour later, I sent more. My account was canceled for "TOS violation."Not throttled. Not warned. Canceled.There was no violation. I was using the service exactly as advertised — until they decided I wasn't.This is not a business email provider. This is a trap.If you need to send more than 20 emails in an hour for any legitimate business reason, do not use Spacemail. They will take your money, hide the limits, then cancel you for using what you paid for.0 stars. Deceptive. Predatory. Avoid.

Not Recommended for Professional Use – 30+ Downtimes in 2 Months
I previously praised Spaceship, but I was wrong. In the last 60 days, my sites have been slow or down over 30 times due to DDoS attacks that their system cannot automatically detect.Despite being on the "Supreme" package, I am forced to play "system administrator" and contact support manually every time the server load spikes to 42+. For a Senior WordPress Engineer, this is a waste of billable time.If you have apps that need to stay online without you babysitting a support chat 24/7, look elsewhere. The "competitive price" is no longer worth the headache.

What they do NOT mention anywhere on the sales page is the outgoing email limit.Not in the feature list. Not in the pricing table. Not in the "Compare plans in detail" section.I only discovered after signing up that there is a 20 emails per hour limit on trial plans. And for paid plans? 500 per hour. That means if you run a business, send a newsletter, or simply have more than 20 clients to email in an hour, your account stops. Dead.They hide this information in the FAQ section — the place you go after you've already paid. It is not disclosed during checkout. It is not disclosed before you enter your payment details. It is buried.This is not an oversight. This is deliberate deception.A business email service that caps outgoing emails at 20 per hour on trial and 500 per hour on paid is not a business email service. It is a hobbyist toy dressed up as a professional tool.I feel scammed. I feel misled.
