an F80 treadmill in america is $1600 in the UK the exact same treadmill is £1900. with exchange rate this is 30% more for the exact same product. maybe if it was manufactured in america this would make sense but its obviously not. price gounging for what are very average products in the first place

Bought the ST90 treadmill in November, it was delivered and they assembled it on 12/20. It broke down on 2/17, they ordered parts and the repair person finally came on 3/23. They told me they could not fix it because the screws are stripped and they would have to order more parts. I paid $4,400 for a treadmill I have only been able to use for 40 days. I’m trying to get a new treadmill or a complete refund which has not occurred yet.

Very Disappointed in this business. I bought 3 Sole Bikes from them - I WAS ENSURED THEY WERE COMMERCIAL GRADE - as that was the intended use. We have only gotten maybe 30 rides out of each bike. When we reached out to get replacements parts it took 3 months to get the right part. At this point I asked for my money back. Because the product had not been able to be used. The said No. after have the bikes fixed they broke down couple months later got them fix then they broke down again. Terrible product. Very sad they can not accommodate a small business. They are aware the product is faulty and will not take responsibility for it. I asked that they take the product back for a full return. There is obviously a reason they have a 30 day return policy. Product won’t break down that soon. I just have been more skeptical of this. But I didn’t even know about it- my fault. Won’t let that happen again.

I needed a replacement part for my treadmill. Not being particularly handy I thought I would have to use a repairman to install, but Arthur patiently took 45 minutes to take me through the installation step-by-step. Don't really see that kind of customer service these days - great to see and experience!

I wanted to buy equipment from an AMERICAN company. Unfortunately my treadmill arrived with a faulty motherboard. I called customer support and they shipped parts- they did not hassle me- they were fair and ready to solve my issue. They sent Fixness Equipment out to fix the treadmill and Charley and Tyler are the BEST- super responsive and professional. I held onto their contact info in case I needed it and sure enough I had a second issue with my treadmill I just called Fixness directly to come out and paid cash- their prices are very reasonable and they were there the same day! I love my F80 treadmill and if I’d had no issues with the treadmill I’d be giving Sole a 5star rating. My biggest fear in buying a treadmill for home use is worrying about down time and costly repairs. Sole and Fixness (in San Diego) took good care of me- I’m not worried about that anymore- it’s totally worth the extra effort if things do go wrong.

Updating my rating and review, but leaving the old info in for context:While this process was a bit of a pain, I now have a working treadmill because the company was receptive and they ended up just sending a new treadmill out, which is delivered and working. The treadmill itself is truly fantastic. I highly recommend the ST90, it's an incredible machine and kicks my butt in a good way! The process was frustrating, but I don't even know that it was Sole's fault that the initial device didn't work - it felt like the setup crew broke the initial device honestly, but the bottom line is that it ended up taking 2 months to get the device, which was the only reason this isn't a 5 star. I appreciate them doing the right thing here and have to note that in my review.I want this to be a 5 Star, but I ordered the ST90 on January 25, only to have the machine not turn on upon delivery. The company has sent out 2 separate repair shipments, but neither has fixed the product, and now the earliest it can be fixed is apparently March 17, although the repairmen has noted that he doesn't think the issue lies within the replacement parts sent based on his experience. I have requested a replacement product since we're 31 days in and don't have a working product, but have not heard back. Phone support has noted there is nothing they can do other than to direct me to the online support team to try to get a fix. I just want a working device and if I get one I would love to make this a 5 star review, but we're a month out with another month until it MAY be fixed, and for a $4,000 treadmill this whole experience is just wholly unacceptable.

I have owned my SOLE F80 treadmill for about three years, and this was the first time I needed to contact customer service. I was honestly blown away by how easy and positive the experience was.I had no trouble getting in touch with a customer service representative, Tianna, who was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain several things in detail, walked me through troubleshooting steps, and made sure I felt confident and reassured throughout the call.What truly impressed me was the reminder that the F80 comes with a lifetime warranty on the motor. Once it was determined that the motor needed to be replaced, they immediately arranged to ship a new one out—no hassle, no pushback, just excellent service.This experience confirmed that choosing SOLE was absolutely the right decision. Quality equipment backed by responsive, professional customer service makes all the difference. I’m very thankful I invested in a SOLE treadmill and would confidently recommend it to others.

We just recently purchased our second F80 Treadmill. the first one was fine. the second one came- worked for one day- and then gave us an error code. So far we've been waiting over three weeks for a "technician" to come and look at our treadmill. Pretty close to a month now. That's an unacceptable business practice. My one star rating is primarily for customer service.

Bought a Sole Elliptical 95. First month very frustrated with glitchy screen, nothing seemed to work reliably, work-outs stopped for no reason. Contacted Sole and they immediately arranged to replace the console. That was good. Unable to use machine for a few weeks while this was accomplished. Once replaced, still found the media interface clunky so called to find out what I was doing wrong. Advised that it was not possible to start watching a show and then begin workout. Told that I must start my workout, then log onto a streaming service, choose something to watch and turn it on. This would take five minutes of my workout time. Hooking up headphones is also a frustration. Call Center polite but unhelpful regarding headphones. Finally just gave up on using media altogether. Using my iPad and headphones now. Happy with the workouts themselves but would never recommend buying this machine for the media interface.

Ordered Sole Elliptical. Used it twice and console stopped working. It took almost two months of ordering parts and getting the repair guy out. They did not prioritize getting it fixed. When that was all fixed we were told the incline motor doesn’t work. So now we have to start that repair process. Followed instructions and can’t get the store display mode to stop. It is constantly running in display mode. I do not recommend this company/brand of equipment. The only positive is it is a solid piece of equipment and I like how it functions while using. If it would only work.
