Keep sending wrong product- not helpful with replacements
I have bought on society6 before and love supporting artists. I ordered a phone case 3 months ago and they have since sent me 4 wrong size cases and every time I email customer service, making sure the next order is correct, it never is. Most recently, 2.5 weeks ago they were going to send me the 5th case and it still hasn’t shipped. I’m waiting on an email update but honestly my whole experience with their customer service team is frustrating.

What More Could You ask For?!
I received a framed art print from society6 that was broken. I contacted the company through email. They responded immediately and requested a photo of the broken frame.This was yesterday. Today I woke up to an email saying the new print was already mailed and on its way! What more could you ask for with customer service!!

The customer service at Society 6 is exemplary. Maria helped me with an ordering issue and it was quickly resolved.Our daughter has previously ordered bedding products from Society 6 and she highly recommended them for high quality and great design aesthetics.Good company that obviously values its customers.

This phone case is a piece of shit and I’m so disappointed because I always get my phone cases from here. It didn’t fit my phone properly at all (it is the correct size, it’s just awkward fitting) and it doesn’t seem secure at all. This is so annoying

Society6 provided me with beautiful sheer curtains for my new home! When I reached out about curtains I ordered about three months ago. They responded with an answer to the dimensions of this said curtains’ rod pocket dimensions in a timely and relatable manner! Great experience!
