The product I purchased is a spray…
The product I purchased is a spray perfume, as specified on the web, Horizon by Guy Laroche, order #138168, but I received a non-spray bottle. I reported the problem to Sobelia three times, several days apart, without receiving a response.

Doubt it is original... Very long delivery
Very long time to get your order (ordered November 30th received around January 9th). What you get doesn't look like original one and also the scent is far from it. You pay less and you get what you paid for. It's 4th bottle of the same perfume. It scent is nothing like previous 3.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Placed an order on October 28th, and 17 days later, still nothing! I've sent several emails... and always the same excuse that it will take 15 days... the tracking code they provide from DPD is stuck. After sending my fifth email... no response! A huge scam, luckily I paid with PayPal, so hopefully I'll get my money back this way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.🤬

A month after purchasing a fragrance
A month after purchasing a fragrance, the tracking number they provided still says the package has not been handed to them. After several emails with support, they have done nothing to help and are week after week telling me to keep waiting. I now, after a month, don't have my money or the product. Truly shameful and an absolute scam. I do not recommend this site at all, shop elsewhere.

Worst shopping site
Worst shopping site - they claim to deliver mid-SEP (two products); then a month after deliver date they send one link to one product and not the other… Despite serveral conversations with Customer service there is nothing they can do. So, so bad.

The product I ordered arrived fine
The product I ordered arrived fine. The price was adequate, the only problem I have is that it arrived after one and a half month, instead of the expected 10 day delivery. Granted it is because they sent out a second fragrance, after the first one was broken in transport. But still, that means both of the times that they sent it out took longer to deliver than expected. I wrote to sobelia that I would like to have it resent to me, suggesting a discount in the form of free shipment from the original order would be appropriate, but it was ignored. It is not their fault, but they choose the delivery companies. I have seen many reviews like this, so expect a long shipping time if you order, if that is not a problem however, I would order from here again.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!I SEND THEM ALL INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES, THEY ONLY REPLY ME WITH STANDARD REPLY THAT OBVIOUSLY SHOWS THEY DON'T READ MY TEXT, I ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT PARFUMS, MOODS KRIZIA 100ML,FIDJI 100ML,BUT THEY SEND ME ONLY THE KRIZIA MOODS 100ML I PAYED 98.98€+5.99 € SHIPPING COST.THE RECEIVED BOTTLE was €56.99,PAYED TOTAL €104.97,SO A LOSS OF 47.98.I AM ANGRY, BUT I REALLY BELIEVE A COMPAGNY THAT ON PURPOSE NOT SEND YOU YOUR ORDER, IS A SCAMMER AND NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. Money paid no perfume received
I placed and order. Money was drawn immediately- I never received any confirmation nor the perfume . I wrote in their customer service email and did not hear back . I called on their service line you are just being disconnected . 90 eur down the drain

Mixed feelings
I received my order from Sobelia 20 days after I placed it. Everything arrived in good condition, and the item was as described. However, I think the communication regarding shipping and tracking could be improved. I did receive a tracking link, but it never worked properly - clicking it did nothing, and the order status remained stuck on “ordered.” In my PostNord app, it only showed that shipping information had been received, with no real updates after that.While I was aware that delivery could take up to 15 business days, the lack of updates made me wonder if the order had even been shipped - or worse, if I’d been scammed.As for the perfume, it’s one I’ve worn and loved many times before - but sadly, this bottle didn’t smell the same. Since it’s a discontinued fragrance from 2020, it may simply have aged, or perhaps my sense of smell have changed. I don’t blame Sobelia for that, but I do think it’s worth mentioning for others considering older perfumes.All in all, a very average shopping experience. Not terrible, but not great either.

Lost package and no help to resolve…
Lost package and no help to resolve problem. I ordered a package in January and it was delivered to someone, somewhere that was not authorised. I reached out to Sobelia by email and phone several times. I filled out the declaration form stating that package was never delivered to me. I followed up several times and they still have not resolved the issue. They respond, but not in a helpful way. Be wary when purchasing with this company. I ordered in January and it is now April, but still with no resolution.
