I received a promotional email offering a discount for the websites anniversary. I looked and found a pair if trainers I wanted and placed the order on 26/03/26. The delivery was stated online as 3-5 days. After this time and not seeing any update on the delivery, I sent an email asking when the order would be sent. Today, 06/04/26, I have been sent an email simply cancelling the order and a refund. No apology or explaination. I am very disappointed and will not be using this site again. I advise anyone reading these reviews to take the general opinion that this company is to be avoided!

"Kindly note that due to a human error in our warehouse, your ordered item was added wrongly to our stock and was displayed on our website as available when in reality we had no stock for that product.We therefore had to remove it from your order." My reply "See enclosed its still available and exactly the one I ordered. It’s okay and good it works for you. I spent that cash elsewhere."I have filed an official complaint with the ACM (Dutch Consumer Authority) regarding misleading practices.Update (02/04/2026): Escalation - Breach of Right of WithdrawalI am updating this review because SNS has now breached the EU Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). I formally cancelled the remainder of my order (Order #EU886***) on April 1st at 20:34 CET.Despite this, and despite UPS tracking confirming the parcel was still at their facility the next day (April 2nd, 15:26 CET), SNS ignored my legal cancellation and handed the parcel to the carrier at 15:50 CET.I have now filed a formal report with the French DGCCRF (SignalConso) regarding this illegal shipment. I demand a full refund and refuse to pay for return costs caused by their failure to process my cancellation in time.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I never write reviews but I've never had such an impressively bad service. To start, I ordered a pair of size 5 shoes I was delivered a size 5 and a 3.5 and both for the same foot. After some protesting they agreed to not make me pay for my return. I then ordered the shoes again, and they delivered me the same 5 and 3.5 both for the same foot. Same process again, nightmare to return UPS and print the label, protested again and got 15% discount code, reordered in good faith, 6 days later a blunt email to say my 3rd order has been cancelled. So rubbish it's unreal, hours out of my life I won't get back and still no shoes

A bit apprehensive after reading reviews but fab trainers, delivery within two days of placing order & good tracking details - definitely vfm! Don't hesitate to order from SNS, I certainly will be in future.

Avoid like the plague. Received two left feet in an order, no option to send a replacement and to top it off I had to pay for the return which has not been reimbursed. The customer service is appalling, no contact number and an email address which seems to be managed by multiple people, non of whom read the previous messages.

Returned an £85 pair of trainers. They took them back and didn't issue the refund. Ignore most of my e-mails. Now I see they have debited me AGAIN. So they now have £170 of my money and I have no trainers. Utterly shocking.

Placed order on 30th Jan, no update or response to emails. Item them reduces by 50% price while I’m waiting for any acknowledgment however obviously the money has been taken from my bank. Website says 5 business days for dispatch, it has been over this time and I can’t get as much as a reply to my email chasing this. Will take this up with my bank.

I had requested deletion of my account and all associated data.A few days later, i received a confirmation mail that my account and all data had been deleted. 2 hours later, I suddenly started receiving newsletter emails again after having been unsubscribed for years already. I then tested and was still able to login to my account.So basically, they had lied straight to my face and hadnt deleted anything, and on top of that they had randomly decided to sign me back up to their newsletter. Not to speak of the fact that in my opinion I should just be able to delete my account straight from my account settings without having to go back and forth with support.

This company took my money about a month ago and refuse to interact. No product, no refund, no nothing. Just an act of blatant theft. Be very careful with any type of dealings with this rogue operator.
