Staff was professional & helpful.
I order 2 of the same frames I wanted but there was only one left. Staff was quick to let me know that my order wasn’t going to include 2 frames. They gave other suggestions that might of worked with similar size. However, I still order the one left that I wanted. But it was nice to see that they tried to supply me with something that might of work even though I didn’t order but the one. Thanks!

I was provided an accurate time for my eyeglasses to be ready and delivered. Any questions I had was answered instantly. The prices weren't through the roof. The quality of the product was excellent. My only gripe is that the tints on my eyeglasses are darker than I thought it would be.

This was one of the worst online…
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.Everything about SmartBuy felt misleading and unprofessional. Shipping was extremely slow with almost no updates, and in the end, I never even received my sunglasses.Customer service was absolutely terrible. They ignore messages and never reply back. I contacted Hannah from the manager department and Samy multiple times, but nothing was resolved. They kept making promises saying they would fix the problem, but that never happened. After that, they completely ghosted me.They also never replied to my emails, which forced me to try contacting their manager service just to get any response — and even that didn’t help.To make things worse, they canceled my order, claiming the item was unavailable because it was discounted. However, the same item was still in stock on their website at a much higher price. Instead of honoring my order, they tried to push a discount on their own brand.Overall, this felt dishonest, frustrating, and like a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding SmartBuy

DO NOT SHOP HERE
Worst experience I’ve ever gone through in my life. My package never got to me and after getting in contact with customer service they never follow up with anything they say they’re going to do. It’s been months since this has all started and still continues to go. I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do and feel as if I’m being taken advantage of. I was just asking for some help but feel as if I’ve wasted my time and have been treated poorly as someone who was just trying to get some help with their package. Never getting near this company again and definitely will not recommend to anyone moving forward.

No matter how much money you pay for…
No matter how much money you pay for shipping the glasses will never arrive. Don't buy with them , 100% not recommended

Great Quality, Reasonable Prices!
This was my first time ordering online for frames. I am very happy with the variety of frames you have and the prices were reasonable. I opted for a normal delivery since I had time and it saved me some money. I did a lot of research on this type of frames (Asian Fit) and I think I did pretty well! The frames were awesome and I am truly satisfied with the quality.
